بازنمايي ويژگيهاي رهبري فرماندهان جنگ تحميلي در سينماي دفاع مقدس مورد مطالعه: فيلمهاي به كبودي ياس، شور شيرين و ايستاده در غبار

امقاله حاضر جهت شناسايي ويژگي هاي رهبري باز نمايي شده از فرماندهان جنگ تحميلي در سه فيلم دفاع مقدس، ايستاده در غبار، شورشيرين و به كبودي ياس مي باشد.به طور اعم به بازنمايي ويژگي هاي فرماندهان در سينماي دفاع مقدس و به طور اخص در فيلم ايستاده در غبار فرماندهي احمد متوسليان، در فيلم شورشيرين فرماندهي محمودكاوه و در فيلم به كبودي ياس به فرماندهي عبدالحسين پرداخته شده است. و تلاش بر آن بوده كه با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي، سه فيلم مد نظر، كه با نمونه گيري هدف مند انتخاب شده اند، تجزيه و تحليل شوند. نتايج اين تحليل نشان مي دهد:كه ويژگي هاي رهبري فرماندهان در فيلم هاي مذكور را مي توان به پنچ ويژگي شخصيتي (ويژگي هاي ظاهري، مهارتها، ارزشها، انگيزه ها، خصلت ها) و سه ويژگي رفتاري (رفتار شخصي، رفتار سازماني، اقدامات راهبردي) و دو عامل وضعيتي (ويژگي پيروان و ويژگي محيطي) تقسيم و طبقه بندي كرد.و هر كدام از اين ويژگي ها داراي مضامين مرتبط به خود مي باشند. و بر اين اساس با توجه به مقوله ها و مضامين به دست آمده الگوي ويژگي هاي رهبري فرماندهان ترسيم شده است درواقع شهيدان متوسليان، برونسي و كاوه افرادي هستند كه داراي شجاعت كم نظير، تلاش خستگي ناپذير، مديريت قوي، اخلاق حسنه، خودساختگي، همت والا، مدافع سرزمين، مدافع ارزش ها و باورهاي ملي و ديني، پايداري در برابر دشمن، فداكار، صابر و بردبار، قانع و كمك كنند به همنوع مي باشند

This article seeks to identify the features of open-ended leadership from warlord commanders in three sacred defense videos, standing in dust, shock absorbers, and Yas bruises. In general, representing the characteristics of commanders in the holy defense cinema and in particular in The film stands in the dust of Commander Ahmad Motazulian, in the movie Shoshairin Commander Mahmood Kavu, and in the film, Kabudi Yas was headed by Abdul Hussein. an‎d tried to analyze the three targeted films selected by targeted sampling using the qualitative content analysis method. The results of this analysis show that the leadership characteristics of the commanders in these films can be divided into five personality traits (appearance characteristics, skills, values, motivations, characteristics) and three behavioral characteristics (personal behavior, organizational behavior, actions Strategic) and two status factors (attribute of followers and environmental characteristics) and each of these features has its own themes. Accordingly, according to the categories and themes obtained, the pattern of leadership attributes of commanders is drawn.
