بررسي و تدوين مهارت‌ها و صلاحيت‌هاي موردنياز مربيان در زمينۀ‌ كاربست ICT در آموزش و يادگيري

Investigate and develop the skills and competencies required by trainers in the field of ICT implementation in education and learning

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي و تدوين مهارت‌ها و صلاحيت‌هاي موردنياز مربيان درزمينۀ­ كاربست ICT در آموزش و يادگيري است. اين تحقيق يك پژوهش توصيفي - پيمايشي است كه جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي آن به روش دلفي انجام‌شده است. بدين منظور از10 نفر از كارشناسان و متخصصان برنامۀ درسي در حوزۀ ‌فنّاوري‌هاي نوين ازجمله ICT و مدرسان IT و دست‌اندركاران هوشمند سازي مدارس، همچنين 29 مربي منتخب شاغل در مدارس هوشمندي با ويژگي‌هاي تجربه توليد محتواي الكترونيكي و سابقۀ كاربست ICT در كلاس، دعوت به همكاري و مشاركت در طرح شد. اطلاعات موردنظر با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته كه روايي و پايايي آن سنجيده شده بود، از نمونه‌هاي آماري كه 29 نفر بودند، گردآوري و رتبه‌بندي شد. در اين تحقيق از روش‌هاي آماري توصيفي، آزمون كولموگروف - اسميرنوف، آزمون t و فريدمن استفاده شد. نمونه‌هاي آماري دربرگيرندۀ كل افراد جامعۀ آماري بود. از اين تعداد 20 نفر مرد و 9 نفر زن بودند. نتايج نشان داد مربيان به‌منظور بهره‌گيري مؤثر از ICT در فرايند آموزش و تحقيق به آموزش مقدماتي در حد متوسط و آموزش تخصصي در حد بالا نياز دارند. ازنظر آن‌ها كاربرد ICT در امر آموزش و پژوهش مفيد و مؤثر است و علاقه‌مند به شركت در كارگاه‌هاي آموزشي بودند كه در دوره‌هاي تخصصي بيشترين گرايش مربوط به نياز به شركت در دوره‌هاي آموزشي تجزيه و ارزيابي حركات انسان به‌وسيلۀ كامپيوتر و در دوره‌هاي مقدماتي بيشترين گرايش مربوط به كارگاه آموزشي مهارت‌هاي هفتگانه (ICDL) بود. همچنين ازنظر آن‌ها ICT موجب استفادۀ بهينه از امكانات موجود مي‌شود و روحيۀ ابداع و نوآوري را افزايش مي‌دهد و موجب نظم در فعاليت‌ها مي‌شود و به ارائۀ خدمات ورزشي توسط مربيان كمك مي‌كند و امكان آموزش و فعاليت در محيط خارج از مدارس آموزش فني و حرفه‌اي به‌صورت مجازي را فراهم مي‌سازد.

The purpose of this research is to review and develop the skills and competencies required by trainers in the field of ICT application in education and learning. This research is a descriptive-survey research that has been conducted by Delphi method. Thus, we invite 10 experts and specialists from the modern technology curriculum including ICT and IT instructors and school intelligence agents, as well as 29 selected instructors in intelligent schools with experience in the production of electronic content and ICT classroom experience. The data were collected and ranked by a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were measured. In this research, descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, T-test and Friedman test were used. Statistical samples comprised the entire population of the statistical population. Of these, 20 were men and 9 were women. The results showed that instructors need to have a moderate and advanced training in order to effectively use ICT in the education and research process. In their view, the use of ICT in education and research is beneficial and interested in participating in workshops that in specialized courses, the most tendency is related to the need to participate in training courses on the analysis and evaluation of human movements by computer and in the preparatory courses of the most relevant trend The Seventh Skill Workshop (ICDL). Meanwhile, ICT also improves the use of existing facilities and enhances the spirit of innovation and discipline and helps in the provision of sports services by instructors, and provides training and activities in an environment outside of vocational and technical education schools virtually.
