شناسايي، تعيين و تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازي تدريس مربيان فني و حرفه‌اي مطالعۀ موردي مربيان استان كرمانشاه

Identifying, determining, and analyzing effective factors in empowering the VET instructors Case study (Instructors of Kermanshah VET regional office)

در اين مقاله شناسايي، تعيين و تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازي تدريس مربيان فني و حرفه‌اي استان كرمانشاه بررسي‌شده است. مقالۀ حاضر از حيث روش توصيفي- پيمايشي و از حيث هدف كاربردي است. روش گردآوري اطلاعات شامل كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني مي‌باشد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه است كه براي تأييد روايي آن از تحليل محتوا و براي تأييد پايايي از ضريب الفاي كرونباخ به كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده مي‌شود. جامعۀ آماري تحقيق كليۀ مربيان فني و حرفه‌اي استان كرمانشاه دولتي و آزاد است و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده و براي تعيين حجم نمونه از فرمول كوكران استفاده مي‌شود. در تحقيق حاضر هم از آمار توصيفي براي نشان دادن وضعيت جمعيت شناختي جامعۀ آماري و هم از آمار استنباطي براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها استفاده مي‌شود. روش‌هاي آماري مورداستفاده در تحقيق آزمون‌هاي آماري t تك نمونه و آزمون تحليل واريانس به كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS و روش معادلات ساختاري به كمك نرم‌افزار AMOS مي‌باشد. نتايج نشان مي­دهند عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازي تدريس مربيان استان كرمانشاه عبارت هستند از: شايستگي مربيان، استقلال مربيان، احساس مؤثر بودن در مربيان، احساس معني‌دار بودن كار مربيان و اعتماد در مربيان. شايان‌ذكر است كه برخي كارآموزان بر شيوه‌هاي يادگيري تجربۀ عيني و مشاهده تأملي تأكيددارند و نيرومندترين جهت‌گيري آن‌ها توانايي تخيل قوي و آگاهي از ارزش‌ها و معاني است. اين افراد در ديدن موقعيت‌هاي عيني از چشم‌اندازهاي مختلف عملكرد بهتري دارند و بيشتر روابط را با گشتالت معني‌داري سازمان مي‌دهند.

In this paper, identifying, determining, and analyzing effective factors on empowering the training of technical and vocational instructors of Kermanshah Province has been investigated. The presented article in terms of objective is an applied research, and in terms of method is descriptive survey. Data collection method included desk and field research. The data collecting tool is a questionnaire that content analysis is used to confirm its reliability, and Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficients is used via the help of SPSS software to confirm its validity. The statistical population of the research is all the public and private technical and vocational center instructors of Kermanshah Province, and simple random sampling method is used. Cochran formula is also used in order to determine the sample content. In the present research, descriptive statistics is used to show the demographic status of the population and inferential statistics is used to analyze the data. The statistical methods used in the research are one-sample t test and variance analysis test via SPSS software, and the structural equation method is done via AMOS software. The results show that the factors influencing teaching empowerment of instructors in Kermanshah province are as follows: the instructorschr('39') competency, independence, feeling of being influential, feeling of doing something meaningful, and confidence. It is worth noting that some recruits put emphasis on objective experience and reflective observation learning methods and their strongest orientations are strong imagination, and awareness of values and meanings. These people show better performances in seeing objective situations from different points of view, and organize most of the relationships with a meaningful gestalt.
