چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﺳﯽ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه و ﮐﺴﺐﺷﺪه درس ﮐﺎرورزي و اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎر ﺑﺮاي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻫﻤﺨﻮاﻧﯽ و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺷﮑﺎف ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن ﮐﺮدﺳﺘﺎن اﺳﺖ. روش: ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ راﻫﻨﻤﺎ و داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن رﺷﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮدﺳﺘﺎن در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1394/1395 ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺗﻌﺪاد 284 ﻧﻔﺮ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻣﻌﻠﻢ و ﻣﻌﻠﻢ راﻫﻨﻤﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﺳﯽ ﻗﺼﺪ ﺷﺪه و اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه و ﮐﺴﺐ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎﻫﻢ ﻫﻤﺨﻮاﻧﯽ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ و ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه و ﮐﺴﺐ ﺷﺪه درس ﮐﺎرورزي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﻠﯽ و ﻫﯿﭻ ﮐﺪام از ﺧﺮده ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه و ﮐﺴﺐ ﺷﺪه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اﺟﺮاﺷﺪه و ﮐﺴﺐ ﺷﺪه درس ﮐﺎرورزي ﺗﻔﺎوت ﭼﺸﻤﮕﯿﺮي وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد. اﻣﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار 40/07 ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﺳﯽ ﻗﺼﺪ ﺷﺪه و اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪه ﺷﮑﺎف و ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﯽ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺖ. و ﺟﺎ دارد اﺻﻼﺣﺎﺗﯽ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﺎرورزي ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آن ﺻﻮرت ﮔﯿﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: Teacher training and professional qualifications is the best type of investment in the education system. the aim of this research is compare implemented and achieved curriculum training lessons and suggest a solutions to increase program compliance and narrow the gap between problems of cultural university of Kurdistan province Method: The population of this study includes all student teachers and teacher educators that guideposts in various academic field. In this population according to Morgan table and stratified random sampling method, 284 students teachers and teacher guides selected and developed questionnaire implemented and performed objectives submitted that comparing the results Results: finding showed that there is no significant difference between two level of implemented and performed objectives in training course in general and none of the subscales so there is no a big difference between content and implementation objectives in the course of the internship program.(P>0/05). According to the results and findings of Table 3 in connection with the consent of the student teachers and teachers, amount of 44.07 in Likert response is in low and very low so there are gap amount of 44.07 in intended curriculum and implemented that is a significant and important differences and efforts should be made to reduce it.
