حمل‌ونقل پايدار درون شهري در واقع تحرك روان وسايل نقليه٬ مردم و كالاهاست كه ضمن برآوردن آسان نيازهاي دسترسي و جابجايي به پايداري محيط و عدالت درون و بين نسلي نيز توجه دارد. پژوهش حاضر با انتخاب محله تجريش (با دسترسي بيشتر به حمل ونقل عمومي و فعاليت ها و كاربري هاي متنوع) و محله ولنجك (با تسهيلات اندك شبكه حمل و نقل عمومي و توپوگرافي خاص) بر آن است تا با مطالعه اي تطبيقي، به سنجش ميزان پايداري حمل و نقل درون شهري در اين دو محله بپردازد. اين پژوهش كه بر اساس روش توصيفي – تحليلي است در گام نخست، اقدام به تدوين و توسعۀ شاخص‌ها و زير شاخص‌هاي حمل و نقل پايدار درون شهري در رخساره‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و محيطي نموده است. براي سنجش شاخص‌هاي پژوهش از نظر كارشناسان و ساكنان محلات استفاده شده است. مدل AHP جهت تحليل نظرات كارشناسان و براي مطالعه ميداني از پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شده است. در نهايت، جهت تحليل آن از آزمون‌هاي آماري آناليز واريانس يكطرفه (ANOVA) و جهت بررسي تطبيقي اين شاخص‌ها در محلات از آزمون T-Test دو نمونه‌اي مستقل استفاده شده است. نتايج تحليل شاخص ها در محلات نشان مي دهد كه در محله ولنجك شاخص محيطي حمل و نقل از وضعيت مطلوب تري و شاخص اجتماعي شرايط نامناسبي دارد. اين در حالي است كه ميزان پايداري اجتماعي- اقتصادي حمل و نقل در محله تجريش بالاتر بوده وليكن از لحاظ محيط زيستي در وضعيت نامطلوبي قرار دارد.

Sustainable urban transport in mental mobility for people and goods and Vehicles. In addition to satisfying the needs easy access and movement within and intergenerational justice and environmental sustainability is concerned. This study selected neighborhoods Tajrish (with access to public transportation and a variety of activities and uses) and neighborhood Velenjak (with few facilities and public transport networks and the particular topography) is to study comparative to measure sustainable urban transport in the neighborhood. The research, based on descriptive – analytical in the first step, the formulation and development of indicators and sub-indicators of sustainable transport within the city in faces economic, social and environment. To determine the research of experts and residents of the neighborhood were used. AHP model to analyze the opinions of experts and a questionnaire was used to study the field. Finally, the analysis of statistical tests and analysis of variance to assess the implementation of these measures in the areas of test two independent T-Test is used. Analysis shows that the index in the areas of environment, transport Velenjak in the neighborhood of the poor conditions are more favorable social indicators. However, the level of socio-economic stability, but higher transportation Tajrish in the community is at a disadvantage in terms of the environment
