The Relationship of the Rate of Using IT with Creativity of CID Officers

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه بين كاربرد فناوري اطلاعات و بروز خلاقيت افسران كشف جرم است. تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و روش آن از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه افسران كشف جرم پليس آگاهي فرماندهي انتظامي استان آذربايجان غربي در سال 1398 مجموعاً 350 نفر مي باشند با استفاده از جدول نمونه گيري مورگان، 180 نفر به عنوان معرف جامعه مشخص گرديد. روش نمونه گيري در اين پژوهش به صورت خوشه اي چند مرحله اي است ، مهمترين ابزار اندازه گيري اين تحقيق در جمع آوري داده ها و اطلاعات موردنياز پرسشنامه بوده است كه در اين پژوهش از: 1) پرسشنامه استاندارد خلاقيت عابدي و 2) پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كاربرد فناوري اطلاعات، استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و روشهاي آمارتوصيفي و شاخص هاي پراكندگي و آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شده است. تحقيق انجام يافته داراي يك سوال اصلي و چهار سوال فرعي مي باشد يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه ميان كاربرد IT و خلاقيت افسران كشف جرم رابطه معنادار وجوددارد. مقدار اين رابطه برمبناي ضريب همبستگي پيرسون r= 0/. 6 مي باشد. همچنين اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه ميان كاربرد IT و هريك از مولفه هاي خلاقيت افسران كشف جرم نيز رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراين از انجام اين تحقيق نتيجه گرفت شد با افزايش سطح مهارت اينترنت و سطح توانايي هاي رايانه اي،ميزان خلاقيت افسران كشف جرم پليس آگاهي انتظامي استان آذربايجان غربي افزايش پيدا مي كند.

The present research is intended to investigate the relationship between IT usage and emergence of creativity of crime detection officers.The research type is of applied studies and its method is of descriptive-correlative type. The target population includes CID crime detection officers of Western Azarbaijan Police Command in 1398 totalling 350 people using Morgan Sampling Table and 180 people as introducers of the target population. The sampling method in this research is in multi-stage cluster type. The most important measuring tool in this research is gathering required data and information of the questionnaire in which: 1) Abedi Creativity Standard and 2) IT research-made questionnaire are used.To analyze the data, the SPSS Software and Descriptive statistics methods and dispersion indexes and Pierson Correlation Test have been used, as well. The conducted research has a main question and four secondary questions. The findings of the research show that there is a meaningful relationship between IT usage and creativity of crime detection officers. The amount of this relationship is r= 0/. 6 based on Pierson Correlation Coefficient. In addition, this research indicates that there is a meaningful relationship between IT usage and any of the parameters of the creativity of crime detection officers. Therefore; this research concludes that by increasing Internet skill levels and computer-enabled capability levels, the rate of the creativity of crime detection officers of West Azarbaijan CID crime detection officers will increase, as well.
