در قرن 21 دلايل زياد و قانع كننده‌اي براي تشويق به دوچرخه سواري وجود دارد. دوچرخه وسيله نقش غيرقابل انكاري در توسعۀ فعاليت‌هاي گردشگري، افزايش ارزش زمين، اشغال كمتر فضاي شهري، جذب صنايع، افزايش اشتغال و تجارت محلي ايفا مي‌كند. حمل و نقل به وسيله دوچرخه سواري به طور فزاينده‌اي باعث كاهش مشكلات مربوط به ترافيك، آلودگي هوا، زيرساخت‌هاي جاده‌اي گران قيمت، تراكم حوادث، در مقايسه با خودرو‌هاي شخصي مي‌شود. اهواز با توجه به جمعيت بالاي خود و پتانسيل‌هاي طبيعي و زير ساختي كه دارد نياز به طراحي مسير دوچرخه سواري دارد و از اولويت پيوستن به آن دسته از شهر‌هايي است كه در سطح جهان از لحاظ فناوري دوچرخه در سطوح بالا قرار دارند. به منظور مكان‌گزيني و طراحي مسير‌هاي دوچرخه در سطح شهر اهواز ، شاخص-هاي شيب، ايمني، زيبايي، راحتي، پيوستگي و وضوح با مطالعة پژوهش‌هاي پيشين داخلي و خارجي، روش دلفي، و آراي خبرگان و با لحاظ كردن بانك داده‌هاي مكاني شهر اهواز استخراج شده است. با توجه به اثر گذاري متفاوت شاخص‌هاي ياد شده، از مدل تركيبي GIS-AHP-FUSSY و ابزار Network Analyst Tools براي ارزش گذاري و تهيه مدل مكاني شاخص‌ها استفاده شده است. علاوه بر تعيين مهم‌ترين مولفه‌هاي اثر گذار در مكان‌گزيني و طراحي مسير‌هاي دوچرخه در سطح شهر اهواز تعين بهترين مسير از بين مسير‌هاي پيشنهادي را مي توان يافته اساسي اين پژوهش دانست.

Ahvaz due to its high population and the natural potential and infrastructure that is needed to design the bike path an‎d the priority is to join those cities in the world in terms of technology the bike at top level. For the purpose of locating and design of bicycle paths in the city of Ahvaz, slope indicators, safety, beauty, comfort, continuity and clarity Previous research by studying domestic and foreign, Delphi technique, and experts' viewpoints an‎d with respect to the Bank spatial data is extracted Ahvaz. Due to the different impact indicators mentioned above, the hybrid model GIS-AHP-FUSSY and Network Analyst Tools tool for the evaluation and preparation of spatial model parameters are used. In addition to identifying the most important elements affecting the locating and design of bicycle paths in the city of Ahvaz Determine the best path route suggestions can be key finding of this study.
