رشد شتابان جمعيت شهرنشين، هجوم جمعيت مهاجر به شهرها و لزوم پاسخ گويي به نيازهاي ساكنين شهرها ضرورت به كارگيري تمام توان و ظرفيتهاي موجود شهر را ضروري مي سازد. بدين منظور لازم است تا به جاي توسعه و رشد بي رويه شهر به صورت افقي،از طريق پر كردن بافت موجود شهر، افزايش متعادل تراكم و تغيير كاربري بناهاي قديمي به رشد و توسعه پايدار شهر دست يافت. يكي از روشهاي دستيابي به اين مهم توسعه ميان افزا است،كه از سال 1995 ميلادي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. شهر بانه از دهه 80 به بعد با رونق گرفتن بازار تجاري رشد افقي بسيار چشمگيري داشته و بيش از هر زماني ديگر نيازمند توسعه از درون مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر ماهيت كاربردي و از لحاظ روش‌توصيفي تحليلي است.در اين پژوهش پس از شناخت شاخصهاي توسعه ميان افزا و بومي ساختن آنها با توجه به شرايط شهر بانه و نيزتوليد لايه هاي GIS مرتبط با شاخصها و هم پوشاني آنها با منطق بولين نواحي مناسب براي توسعه ميان افزا انتخاب شد.سپس با استفاده از فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي(AHP) به رتبه بندي نواحي نهايي براي توسعه اقدام شد.نتايج نشان مي دهد كه در كل شهر پنج پهنه براي توسعه ميان افزا مناسب مي باشد.در ميان پهنه ها سايت شماره 1 داراي بيشترين امتياز براي توسعه ميان افزا و به ترتيب سايت هاي شماره 2، 5، 4، 3 قرار دارند.بنابراين در مجموع توسعه ميان افزا راه حل مناسبي براي توسعه شهر بانه و پاسخ به نيازهاي مختلف آن مي باشد.

The need to utilize all the abilities and capacities of a city reveals, more than ever, byrapid growth of urban population, invasion of migrants to big cities,the necessity of meeting urban population’s needs and providing urban services. Sustainable development and growth of a city can be achieved by filling city’sexist space, balancedincrease indensity and repurposingof old and pollutant buildings instead of horizontal development and excessive growth of city. The solution for this problem is “Infill Development”which hasconsidered in European countries since 1995. Infill development (Development from inside) is not simply a physical-skeletal work but hasalso strong social, cultural, economic, and ecological aspects.Booming the commercial market,Banehfromthe 80sonwards, has experienced a verysignificant horizontaldevelopment which make it requiring to development from inside more than ever.This research is an applied research,and in terms of methodis adescriptive-analyticone. In this study,best areas of the cityare selected after identifying the “Infill Development” indicatorsand make them localize –based onesaccording to the Baneh’scircumstances- and after producing GIS layers related to the indicators and overlapping layers by using Boolin Logic.Using theAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) andwith the help ofExpert Choice Software, ranking of final areas for development has been done.Therefore, confirmingthe applicability of theprinciples of Infill Developmentin Baneh is possible. and regarding the population increasing growth in Baneh, we can argue that the best way for managing urban development is Infill Development
