APL Compiler and List Maker Program for Alamut Floristic Database

پايگاه داده‌هاي الموت، اطلاعاتي را از حضور گونه‌هاي گياهي در نقاط مختلف ايران گردآوري مي‌كند و در كنار ذخيره‌سازي داده‌هاي فلوريستيك، نرم‌افزارهايي براي استفاده از آنها دارد. با افزايش داده‌هاي ذخيره‌شده در پايگاه داده‌هاي فلوريستيك Alamut و ايجاد بخش‌هاي جديد، مانند بخش داده‌هاي اقليمي، دسترسي به داده‌ها مبتني بر طرح مسئله اهميت يافته است. دسترسي مؤثر به داده‌هاي يك پايگاه با كدهاي SQL صورت مي‌گيرد كه اغلب براي كاربران عادي مشكل است. اين مقاله سه ابزار جديد را براي پايگاه Alamut معرفي مي‌كند: مفسر دستورات APL (Alamut Programmed Lists)، خط فرمان (Command Line) براي استخراج داده‌ها به‌صورت ليست‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي‌شده و برنامۀ ListMaker كه براي ايجاد فهرست‌هايي از اسامي گونه‌ها بدون ايرادات املايي و براي تنظيم خودكار فهرست منطبق ‌با طبقه‌بندي APG IV به كار مي‌رود. اين مقاله شامل تعدادي برنامۀ نوشته‌شده با APL، براي مثال، است.

Alamut Floristic Database collects information on the presence of plant species in different parts of Iran, and along with floristic data storage/retrieval, it has software to use the data. With the growth of data stored in the Alamut floristic database and the creation of new sectors, such as the climatic data segment, access to problem-based data has become important. Effective access to data is performed by SQL codes, which is often difficult for regular users. This paper introduces three new tools for the Alamut database. APL (Alamut Programmed Lists) compiler, the Command Line, both for extracting data as programmed lists, along with the List Maker Program, which is used for creating new species inventories without spelling errors and for automatically sorting the inventory according to APG IV classification. This paper also includes some example programs written by using APL.
