تحليل و ارزيابي شاخص هاي حكمروايي خوب شهري و تاثير آن بر متغير توسعه گردشگري در شهر بيستون

The Analysis and evaluation of good urban governance indicators and its influence on tourism development variable of Bisetoon city

حكمروايي خوب شهري به مثابه الگوي مؤثر و كارآمد براي اداره ي امورشهر مطرح مي شود. درمقاله حاضر به تحليل و ارزيابي برخي ازمهمترين شاخصهاي حكمروايي خوب شهري همچون: «مشاركت، پاسخگويي و قانونمندي» در جامعه آماري تحقيق، وسنجش رابطه علّي آنها با متغير وابسته «توسعه گردشگري» پرداخته شده است. اين پژوهش كه از نوع «پيمايشي» بوده و با رويكردي توصيفي- تحليلي تنظيم شده و اطلاعات بصورت ميداني و با استفاده از ابزار «پرسشنامه» محقق ساخته بدست آمده است.جامعه آماري شامل كليه شهروندان شهربيستون بوده كه365نفرباروش تعيين حجم نمونه گيري «كوكران» مشخص و درادامه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري سيستماتيك، پرسشنامه ها در بين نمونه آماري و به روش كاملاً علمي توزيع گرديده است .درمرحله بعد پس از جمع آوري اطلاعات به تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي آماري Spss/ Excel و ارزشگذاري متغيرها با بهره گيري از طيف ليكرت مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهدكه همه شاخص هاي حكمروايي خوب شهري مورد بررسي در اين پژوهش پس از انجام آزمون پيرسون، ميزان Sig بدست آمده برابر با 000/0 بدست آمده و ضريب پيرسون مشاركت 254/0، پاسخگويي 310/0 و قانونمندي 290/0 بوده است اين مهم نشان مي دهدكه سطح مؤلفه هاي حكمروايي خوب شهري دربيستون ازسطح متوسط پايين ترهستند. همچنين بين مشاركت،پاسخگويي و قانونمندي با توسعه گردشگري رابطه معنادار و مستقيمي وجود دارد. بنابراين با كاهش مشاركت، پاسخگويي و قانونمندي امتياز حكمروايي خوب شهري و توسعه گردشگري كاهش مي يابد و عكس اين عمل نيز صادق است.

good urban governance is considered to be an impressive and effective model for the management of the city affairs. In this article analysis and evaluation of some of the most important indicators of great urban governance, such as participation, accountability and legality In the statistical population of the research and their causal relationship with the dependent variable tourism development have been investigated. This research is a survey-type one which has been arranged in a descriptive-analytical approach and information has been obtained on the field by using a researcher-made questionnaire tool. The statistical population consists all citizens of Bisotun city. 365 people were assigned based on population sampling method to determine the size of Cochr@n sampling. Then a systematic sampling method was used to distribute the questionnaires among the statistical sample in a completely scientific way. In the next step, after collecting data, data analysis was performed by using Spss and Excel software and the evaluation of the variables was investigated by using the Likert scale. The results of the research after the Pearson test and obtained Sig value showed all of the good urban governance indicators, studied in this research, were equal to 0/000.Pearson coefficients for participation, accountability, legality respectively were 0.254, 0.310 and 0.290. This indicates that the level of good urban governance factors is lower than the average. There is also a significant and direct relationship between participation, accountability and legality with tourism development .
