چكيده فارسي :
يكي از راهبردهاي مهمي كه در نيم قرن اخير براي مقابله با عدم تعادل منطقه‌اي ناشي از رشد فزاينده ي شهرهاي بزرگ مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، تقويت شهرهاي كوچك و مياني و روستا شهرها در نظام شبكه شهري است. بر اين اساس هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي و تحليل اثرات كاركردي شكل گيري روستا - شهرها و نقش آن در توسعه و تعادل نظام شبكه ي شهري در استان ايلام در طي نيم قرن اخير (دوره 1355 تا 1395) است. پژوهش حاضر براساس ماهيت و روش انجام تحقيق جزء تحقيقات توصيفي- تحليلي مي باشد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از شيوه ي تجزيه و تحليل كمي با تكيه بر مدل ها و تكنيك هاي برنامه ريزي شهري و منطقه اي استفاده شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه سهم فرآيند تبديل روستا به شهر در افزايش خالص جمعيت شهري استان ايلام؛ رقمي كمتر از20 درصد ميزان افزايش كل بوده است. با وجود اين روستاهاي تبديل شده به شهر توانسته اند در جذب و نگهداشت جمعيت موفق عمل نموده و در كل تاثير مثبتي در بسامان سازي فضايي جمعيت و تعديل نظام سكونتگاهي منطقه داشته باشند.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the important strategies that has been considered in the last half of the last
century to deal with regional imbalance due to the cumulative growth of large cities, is
to strengthen small and medium cities and villages in urban network. Accordingly, the
main purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the functional effects of
village - cities and its role in the development and balance of urban network system in
Ilam province during the past half century. The present study is descriptive - analytical
based on the nature and method of research. In order to analyze the data, quantitative
analysis has been used by relying on models and urban planning and regional planning
techniques. The results of this study show that the share of village conversion process
to the city in the net increase in urban population of ilam province is more than 1 % of
total increase. In spite of these villages, they have managed to attract and retain the
population and have a positive impact on the spatial integration of population and
adjusting the settlement system of the region
