چكيده فارسي :
عدالت يكي از مهمترين محورها و نمادهاي مفهومي فلسفه سياسي غرب از ابتدا تاكنون بشمار مي آيد، ولي اين مفهوم در سير تاريخي خود بخصوص در سده بيستم با تحولات معنايي خاصي مواجه بوده است، چرا كه همانند ساير مفاهيم علوم اجتماعي تحت تاثير دو متغير زمان و مكان است. در واقع ميتوان گفت كه سرمشقهاي فكري عدالت در سده بيستم تحول يافت، چرا كه سده بيستم با تحولات شگرفي در عرصههاي معرفتي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي و سياسي و در واقع با بحرانهايي در ليبراليسم، سرمايه داري، تكنولوژي و... مواجه شد. اين تحولات باعث شكل‌گيري معاني و نظريه هايي جديدي در عدالت همچون قراردادگرايي رالزي، اختيارگرايي نوزيك، مساوات طلبي دوركين، توهمگرايي پست مدرنيستي، وضعيت خودجوشي هايك و... شد. در اين تئوريها بر مفاهيمي و اصولي همچون لزوم تعادل آزادي با عدالت، ارزشگرايي، وداع با عدالت دولت محور، افول نگرش سيستمي به عدالت، تاكيد بر حوزه عمومي عدالت يا دموكراسي اجتماعي تاكيد ميشود. نوشتار حاضر تلاش دارد اين مهم را واكاوي نمايد
چكيده لاتين :
The Justice has been one of the most important pillars of western political philosophy from the beginning, therefore it could be said that justice is one of the understandable concepts for the western political philosophy. Nevertheless, this concept in its historical course, especially in the twentieth century faced with its conceptual developments, because, like other social science concepts it was affected by two variable including; Time and space. In fact it could be said that intellectual pattern of justice developed in the last century, because, twentieth century has been faced with deep and wonderful developments in the Epistemoligy, cultural, economy and political arena as well as crisis in Liberalism, capitalism, Technologies. All these developments caused the formation of new concepts and theories in Justice like Rawls Conventionalism, Nozick libertarianism, Dworkin equality, post modernism of illusion, Hayek Catallaxy …… In all these theories emphasize on concepts and principles like the balance between freedom and justice, Value orientism, state-centeric justice, the decline of systematical approach to justice and especial orientation to the justice public sphere or social democracy
