چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اوراﻣﺎﻧﺎت اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ـ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن 14 ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اوراﻣﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ در راﺳﺘﺎي ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺆاﻟﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از 25 ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻃﻠﺎﻋﺎت ﻟﺎزم در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ از ﺳﺎﻟﻨﺎﻣﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺳﺎل 1395 اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ آﻧﺘﺮوﭘﯽ ﺷﺎﻧﻮن ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ، ﻣﺪلARAS ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن-ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS) آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن( ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﺮخ ﺷﻬﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪﯾﺎﻓﺘﮕﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن-ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه )1( ﺗﺎ )0/6720( ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﺳﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ )1( ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ-ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ)7/14 درﺻﺪ( ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺳﯿﺰده ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن دﯾﮕﺮ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﭘﺎوه، ﻗﺼﺮﺷﯿﺮﯾﻦ، رواﻧﺴﺮ، اﺳﻠﺎم آﺑﺎدﻏﺮب، ﮔﯿﻠﺎﻧﻐﺮب، ﮐﻨﮕﺎور، ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه، داﻟﺎﻫﻮ، ﺳﺮﭘﻞذﻫﺎب، ﺟﻮاﻧﺮود، ﺻﺤﻨﻪ، ﺳﻨﻘﺮ و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﺛﻠﺎثﺑﺎﺑﺎﺟﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ)0/6720( ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ در رﺗﺒﻪﻫﺎي دوم ﺗﺎ ﭼﻬﺎردﻫﻢ و ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ) 92/86 درﺻﺪ( ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اوراﻣﺎﻧﺎت ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﭘﺎوه ﺑﺎ )0/7967( در رﺗﺒﻪ دوم، ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن رواﻧﺴﺮ ﺑﺎ )0/7355(، در رﺗﺒﻪ ﭼﻬﺎرم، ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﺮود ﺑﺎ )0/7126( در رﺗﺒﻪ ﯾﺎزدﻫﻢ و ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺛﻠﺎثﺑﺎﺑﺎﺟﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ )0/6720( در رﺗﺒﻪ ﭼﻬﺎردﻫﻢ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﺮخ ﺷﻬﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﯽ و وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد، در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ شهرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﺮوم در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و دﯾﮕﺮ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻌﺪي ﻗﺮار گيرند
چكيده لاتين :
Study was to investigate Educational index status In the region of Orumanat is Kermanshah province. In terms of applied purpose and kind of descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study is 14 provinces of Kermanshah province with emphasis on Uramanat area. In order to answer the research questions, 25 variables of educational sector were used That Required information in this context The Kermanshah Province Statistical Yearbook of 1315 was taken. Shannon entropy technique to determine the coefficient of importance of the indices Use the ARAS model to measure the amount Cities of Kermanshah Province and SPSS software (Pearson Correlation Test) To investigate the relationship between urbanization rate and city development, it has been used. The results show The developmental index of educational index in the cities of Kermanshah province is (1) to (1.6721) So that the city of Harsin (1) is the only developed city and only )14.71( and thirteen other cities, Paveh, Ghasre shirin, Ravansar, IslamabadGharb, GilanGharb, Kangavar, Kermanshah, Dalahoo, Sarpolzahab, Javanrood, sahneh, Songhor and finally Thalatha-Babajani city with (1.6721) Respectively in the second to fourteenth and developing countries (12.861) Are Semi-developed. The development status of the Ouramanat counties is in the face The city of Paveh with (1.7167) rank second, Ravansar city with (1.7355), fourth rank, Javanrood city (1.7126) eleventh rank and the city of ThalathaBabajani with (1.6721) Fourteenth rank, There is no significant correlation between urbanization rate and educational development index. Educational Planning should be a deprived city In the first priority of educational development and other cities are in the Next priority.
