چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: براي درك ارتباط بين جرائم يق هسفيدها و امنيت ملي، لازم است پس از تبيين فساد
ناشي از جرائم آن ها، مفهوم امنيت اقتصادي مورد كنكاش و كالبدشكافي قرار گيرد تا بدين وسيله ميزان تأثير
رفتار مجرمانۀ يقه سفيدها در امنيت يا ناامني ملي ادراك شود. لذا اين مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به اين سؤال است
كه مفاسد و جرائم يقه سفيدها چگونه امنيت اقتصادي و از آن طريق حوزۀ امنيت ملي را متأثر مي سازند؟
روش: اين پژوهش به شيوۀ توصيفي- تحليلي با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي انجام شده است؛ بدي نگونه
كه ابتدا كليۀ كتب، مقالات و آثار همۀ انديشمنداني كه در مورد جرائم يق هسفيدها اظهارنظر كرد هاند، مورد
مطالعه قرار گرفت. در نهايت، متوني انتخاب و تحليل شد كه حاوي مضامين مربوط به سؤالات تحقيق بودند.
نتايج و يافته ها: مجموع مطالعات نظري صورت گرفته در اين پژوهش نشان م يدهد كه جرائم يق هسفيدان
ابتدا امنيت اقتصادي جوامع را متأثر مي سازد و سپس حوزۀ امنيت ملي را مورد تهديد قرار م يدهد؛
بدين صورت كه مفاسد و جرائم مذكور پس از آنكه به شكل تبعيض و ب يعدالتي فراگير بروز يافت، منجر به
از بين رفتن مشروعيت به عنوان يكي از شاخص هاي مهم و كليدي امنيت ملي شده و در نتيجه امنيت ملي
تضعيف مي شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: To understand the link between white-collar crime and national security, it is necessary to explore the concept of economic security after the corruption of their crimes, and to understand the impact of white-collar criminal behavior on national security or insecurity. Therefore, in this article, we seek to answer the question of how corruption and white-collar crimes affect economic security and, through it, the national security sphere.
Method: This research has been done in a descriptive-analytical way using library resources. As a whole, all the books, articles and works of all thinkers who have commented on white-collar crimes have been studied. Texts were selected and analyzed that included topics related to research questions.
Results and Findings: The sum of the theoretical studies conducted in this study shows that white-collar crimes first affect the economic security of societies and then threaten the national security sphere. Thus, these corruptions and crimes, after occurring in the form of discrimination and unjust justice, lead to the destruction of legitimacy, which is one of the important and key indicators of national security. As a result, national security is weakened.
