ژئوسايت ها علاوه بر ارزش هاي علمي، داراي ارزش هاي حفاظتي، فرهنگي، زيبايي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي نيز مي باشند. براين اساس در تحقيق حاضر ژئوسايت هاي شهرستان مريوان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته شده اند. براي اين منظور 12 ژئوسايت مهم شهرستان شناسايي و ارزيابي شده اند. به‌منظور ارزيابي ژئوسايت ها از سه روش جم، فاسيلاس و كوباليكوا استفاده شده است و پس از ارزيابي با استفاده معيارها و زير معيارهاي هر كدام از روش‌ها، بر اساس امتيازات بدست‌آمده ژئوسايت هاي منطقه رتبه بندي شده اند. پس از ارزيابي ژئوسايت ها نقشه پهنه بندي مناطق مستعد توسعه ژئوتوريسم تهيه شده است. براي اين منظور از 8 پارامتر استفاده شده و به منظور انجام پهنه بندي از مدل تلفيقي فازي و AHP استفاده شده است. نتايج بدست آمده بيانگر اين است كه درياچه زريبار، دشت بيلو و ناوطاق و منطقه قميچان داري بالاترين ارزش هستند، همچنين باتوجه به معيارهايي در اين روش ها مد نظر بود مي توان گفت كه ژئوسايت‌هاي منطقه از نظر مديريتي و حفاظتي وضعيت مناسبي ندارند بنابراين ضروري است كه به منظور توسعه صنعت ژئوتوريسم در شهرستان در زمينه مديريتي، حفاظتي و آگاهي سازي مردم اقدامات لازم صورت گيرد.

After evaluating geosites, maps zoning areas prone to the development of geotourism is provided. For this purpose, 8 parameter is used an‎d in order to do zoning, the fuzzy logic model AHP is used. The results indicate that Zribar Lake, Plain Bilo, Plain Navtagh and Zone Ghamchian have the highest value. Also, the criteria were considered in these methods can be said that the management and protection of regional geosites not suitable It is therefore essential to develop geotourism industry in the city on the management, conservation and public awareness raising activities is necessary.
