تحليل نظام ژئو كالچر جهاني در قرن بيست و يكم و تاثير آن بر تعاملات قومي در آسياي جنوب غربي

Analysis of the 21st Century Global Culture System and its Impact on Ethnic Interactions in Southwest Asia

بروز تحولات در نظام بين‌الملل پس از فروپاشي اتحاد جماهير شوروي، تحليل‌گران مسائل مرتبط با سياست و قدرت را متوجه اهميت فزاينده فرهنگ و نقش سياسي آن ساخت. با توجه به تاثير نظام ژئو كالچر جهاني بر تعاملات قومي نگارنده در اين مقاله با بهره‌گيري از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و مطالعات كتابخانه اي درصدد تحليل نظام ژئوكالچر جهاني در قرن بيست و يكم و تأثير آن بر جوامع آسياي جنوب غربي برآمده است. ظهور جنبش‌هاي هويت گرا در آسياي جنوب غربي و جنبش‌هاي اجتماعي جديد در غرب نشانگر اين است كه نيروهاي جديد در سراسر جهان در برابر همه ساختارهاي مسلط سر برآورده‌اند. از اين رو در عرصه سياست‌هاي جهاني و سياست داخلي، ديگر قدرت صرفاً در انحصار دولت‌ها نبوده بلكه اين نيروها كه به عنوان بازيگران و كنشگران جديد وارد عرصه سياست گرديده‌اند توانسته‌اند بر توانمندي جامعه بر قدرت و سياست بيفزايند.

The emergence of the international system since the collapse of the Soviet unio‎n has brought analysts to issues of politics and power to the increasing importance of culture and its political role. Due to the impact of the Global Geocaching System on Ethnic Interactions, the author of this paper, using a descriptive-analytical approach and library studies, aims to analyze the 21st Century Global Geocaching System and its impact on Southwest Asian societies. The emergence of identity movements in Southwest Asia and new social movements in the West indicate that new forces worldwide are emerging from all the dominant structures. Thus, in the field of world politics and domestic politics, power is no longer merely a monopoly of states, but these forces, which have entered the field of politics as new actors and actors, havebeen able to increase the power and politics of society.
