بررسي ميزان رضايت گردشگران ورزشي از كيفيت امكانات مجموعه ورزشي آزادي تهران

Assessing the level of satisfaction of sports tourists with the quality of facilities of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran

هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي ميزان رضايت گردشگران ورزشي از كيفيت امكانات گردشگري (ورزشي، اقامتي و تفريحي) مجموعه ورزشي آزادي تهران مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را تمامي تماشاچيان شركت كننده در مسابقه فوتبال بين دو تيم استقلال و پرسپوليس در سال 1397 در مجموعه هاي ورزشي آزادي تهران حضور داشتند تشكيل مي دادند. نمونه آماري تحقيق250 نفر بودند كه در مجموعه ورزشي انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تاييد بود به صورت تصادفي ساده پاسخ دادند .روش تحقيق توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي است كه به شكل ميداني انجام شده است و از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين متغيرهاي تحقيق با سطح رضايت گردشگران ورزشي ارتباط مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد.امكانات بهداشتي و ورزشي بالاترين امتياز و امكانات عمومي پايين ترين سطح راغ به خود اختصاص دادند . پيشنهاد مي گردد جهت بالا رفتن سطح رضايت گردشگران ورزشي، كيفيت امكانات عمومي و رفاهي بيشتر لحاظ گردد.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of satisfaction of sports tourists with the quality of tourism facilities (sports, accommodation and recreation) of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran. The statistical population of the study consisted of all spectators participating in the football match between Esteghlal and Persepolis teams in 1397 in Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran. The statistical sample of the study was 250 people who were selected in the sports complex and made a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. They answered in a simple random way. The descriptive research method is of correlation type that was done in the field and correlation coefficient. Pearson was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between research variables and the level of satisfaction of sports tourists. Health and sports facilities had the highest score and public facilities had the lowest level of satisfaction. It is suggested that in order to increase the level of satisfaction of sports tourists, the quality of public facilities and welfare should be considered more.
