Prioritizing Factors Influencing the Competitiveness of Parand city

مسير حركت دست جمعي موجب رسيدن به رفاه اجتماعي و اقتصادي متوازن مي گردد. رقابت پذيري با ورود به مفاهيم مرتبط با توسعه بر آن بوده با تكيه بر استعدادها و منابع شناسايي شده، به جذب سرمايه هاي انساني و مالي بپردازد. شهر پرند عليرغم موقعيت بسيار مناسب ازنظر موقعيت جغرافيايي و نزديكي به پايتخت، آن طور كه شايسته است در دوره هاي مختلف توسعه چشم گيري نيافته، ازاين رو مقاله حاضر با هدف تعيين عوامل موثر بر ايجاد و نيز ارتقاء سطح رقابت پذيري شهري در شهر پرند به اولويت بندي آنها پرداخته است. پژوهش تحليلي-توصيفي حاضر با تمسك به اطالعات كمي و كيفي و روش هاي تحليل SPSS ،در ابتدا به تصديق تاثير عوامل با كمك آزمون ANOVA پرداخته و در پي آن با ورود مطالعات پرسشنامه هاي تكميلي توسط 150 تن از متخصصين طي آزمون فريدمن، عوامل اقتصادي را با امتياز 73.3 را به عنوان موثرترين و به ترتيب عوامل زيرساختي با امتياز 57.2 ،عوامل اجتماعي-فرهنگي با امتياز 03.2 و درنهايت عوامل نهادي-سياسي را با امتياز 67.1 به عنوان اولويتبندي عوامل موثر بر ايجاد و ارتقاء سطح رقابت پذيري شهري در شهر پرند معرفي مي نمايد. در شهر پرند با بهره جويي از چارچوب فكري و طي فرايند اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر رقابت پذيري، ميتوان به برنامه ريزي استراتژيك صحيح جهت نيل به اهداف توسعه شهري دست يافت.

The path of collective hands leads to balanced social and economic prosperity. Competitiveness has been driven by the introduction of development-related concepts, relying on identified talent and resources, to attract human and financial capital. Parand city, despite its very good location in terms of geographical location and proximity to the capital, has not been well developed in various periods, so this article aims to identify the factors that contribute to the creation and promotion of urban competitiveness in Parand city. The present descriptive-analytical study, relying on quantitative and qualitative information and SPSS analysis methods, firstly confirmed the effect of factors by means of ANOVA test, and then, by filling in questionnaire information by 150 experts during Friedman test, economic factors with It scores 3.73 as the most effective, with infrastructure factors 2.57, socio-cultural factors 2.03 and institutional-political factors 1.67, respectively, prioritizing the factors affecting the creation and promotion of urban competitiveness in Parand city. In Parand city, by utilizing the intellectual framework and prioritizing the factors affecting competitiveness, proper strategic planning can be achieved to achieve urban development goals.
