طراحي و اعتبار بخشي الگوي برنامۀ درسي كارورزي مبتني بر خودشرح حال نويسي مشاركتي در دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Designing and Validation of Internship Curriculum Pattern based on Collaborative Autobiography in Teacher Education in Iran

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحي و اعتباربخشي الگوي مطلوب برنامۀ درسي كارورزي مبتني بر خود شرح­ حال­ نويسي مشاركتي در نظام تربيت­ معلم ايران است. در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است تا نخست با استفاده از روش اسناد پژوهي، منابع و متون تخصصي مرتبط با موضوع، مورد تحليل قرار گيرد تا مباني علمي خود شرح­ حال نويسي مشاركتي استخراج شده و متعاقبآ دلالت ­هاي عناصر برنامۀ درسي اين نوع از كارورزي تدوين گردد. در گام دوم، پرسشنامۀ محقق ­ساخته تدوين و به منظور اعتبار بخشي الگوي پيشنهادي از نظرات اساتيد برنامۀ درسي و مدرسان واحدهاي درسي كارورزي در دانشگاه فرهنگيان استفاده شده است. طبق يافته ­هاي پژوهش اجراي مطلوب برنامۀدرسي كارورزي نيازمند هم­ياري و فعالي ت­هاي مشاركتي و چند جانبه ميان دانشجو معلمان، استادان و معلمان ­راهنما است و آنچه به اين هم­ياري معنا مي بخشد روايت­ ها و تجارب زندگي قابل پيوند با اهداف واحدهاي درسي كارورزي و موضوعات درسي است.

This study aims to designing and validation of internship curriculum pattern based on collaborative autobiography in Teacher Education in Iran. In this research, it has been attempted to first analyze the specialized texts related to the subject, in order to extract the Foundations of collaborative Autobiography, and subsequently the implications of curriculum elements of this kind of internship.In the second step, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and in order to validate the proposed model, the views of the teachers of the curriculum and the instructors of the internship courses at Farhangian University were used. According to the findings, the desirable implementation of the internship curriculum requires collaborative and multidimensional collaborative and multidisciplinary activities among the students of science, teachers and teachers, and what makes this sense meaning the narratives and life experiences that can be linked to the goals Courses are internships and courses.
