تحليل روند بهره برداري و مروري بر سياست هاي مديريتي (صيد و بازسازي ذخائر) ماهيان خاوياري در استان گلستان پس از انقلاب اسلامي

Analysis of the process of exploitation and review of management policies (catch and stocks of sturgeon) in Golestan province after Islamic Revolution

ماهيان خاوياري از ارزشمندترين آبزيان جهان و درياي خزر محسوب مي شوند. فروپاشي شوروي سابق و تقسيم نامشخص درياي خزر متاسفانه منجر به مشكلات زيست محيطي و نيز افزايش صيد غيرقانوني منجر به كاهش چشمگير گونه هاي با ارزش درياي خزر شده است. علي رغم ناهماهنگي هاي مديريتي گوناگون، رايزني و مديريت جمهوري اسلامي ايران پس از پيروزي شكوهمند انقلاب اسلامي منجر به اتخاذ سياست هاي يكنواخت اداره درياي خزر شده كه ازجمله مي توان به كنترل صيد ماهيان خاوياري و افزايش بازسازي ذخاير آن ها اشاره نمود. پس از پيروزي شكوهمند انقلاب اسلامي، فعاليت هاي چشمگيري در اين حوزه صورت گرفته است ازجمله: بازسازي ذخاير و رهاسازي بچه ماهيان به دريا، پرورش ماهيان خاوياري در آب هاي نامتعارف داخلي و در قفس، افزايش مراكز تحقيقاتي و دانشگاه ها با رويكرد مديريت ذخاير ماهيان خاوياري و معرفي گونه با ارزش تاس ماهي ايراني. در مجموع علي رغم ناهماهنگي هاي مديريتي گوناگون، رايزني و مديريت جمهوري اسلامي ايران منجر به اتخاذ سياست هاي يكنواخت اداره درياي خزر شده كه ازجمله مي توان به كنترل صيد ماهيان خاوياري و افزايش بازسازي ذخاير اشاره نمود. از بين چند كشور حاشيه درياي خزر تنها ايران سعي در حل اين بحران يعني كاهش چشمگير ماهيان خاوياري داشته است، فعاليت هاي زيادي ازجمله احداث كارگاه هاي تكثير و رهاسازي ماهيان خاوياري از سوي كشور ايران در اين زمينه صورت گرفته كه نتيجه بسيار خوبي هم به همراه داشته است.

In spite of various management inconsistencies, advising and managing the Islamic Republic of Iran after the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution led to the adoption of uniform policies of the Caspian Sea administration, which can be used to control sturgeon fishing and increase the rebuilding of their reserves. After the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution, significant activities have been undertaken in this area, including: the restoration of reserves and the release of infants to the sea, the cultivation of sturgeon in unconventional domestic waters and cages, increasing research centers and universities with the management of sturgeon stocks management and Introducing the precious Persian dish. Altogether, in spite of various management inconsistencies, the advisory and management of the Islamic Republic of Iran led to the adoption of uniform policies of the Caspian Sea administration, which could be used to control sturgeon fishing and increase the rebuilding of reserves. Between countries of the Caspian Sea, only Iran has been trying to solve this crisis, which is a significant reduction of sturgeon fish. Many activities, including the construction of reproduction and restore of sturgeons from Iran, have been carried out in this area, which could lead to worthy result.
