توسعه اشتغال دانش بنيان در بخش تعاوني هاي كشاورزي بر اساس روش داده بنياد

Study the Development of Knowledge-based Employment in the Agricultural Cooperative with Grounded Theory

اين تحقيق به منظور بررسي توسعة اشتغال دانش ­بنيان در بخش تعاوني­ هاي كشاورزي انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي - توسعه ­اي و از نظر روش تحقيق، از نوع آميختة كيفي و كمي بود. در مرحلة اول، از نظرية داد ه ­بنياد براي ساخت مدل مفهومي به منظور تبيين توسعة اشتغال دانش ­بنيان در بخش تعاوني­ هاي كشاورزي استفاده شد. در بخش كيفي، خبرگان آشنا با موضوع توسعة اشتغال دانش ­بنيان در بخش تعاون و تعاوني­هاي كشاورزي استان آذربايجان­ شرقي نمونة آماري پژوهش را تشكيل ­دادند. با توجه به كفايت نمونه­ گيري و اشباع نظري، 15 نفر از اين افراد به روش نمونه ­گيري هدفمند و روش گلوله ­برفي انتخاب شدند. براي تجزيه ­و تحليل داده ­ها از فرايند سه­مرحله­ اي كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي استفاده گرديد. در بخش كمي پژوهش، جامعة آماري تحقيق شامل كلية اعضاي شركت­هاي تعاوني كشاورزي استان آذربايجان­ شرقي بودند كه نمونة آماري بر اساس توصيه­ هاي استفاده از مدل­هاي تأييدي برابر 250 نفر تعيين شد. به منظور جمع ­آوري داده ­ها از پرسش­نامة محقق ساخته بر اساس مدل پارادايم و مقوله­ هاي فرعي و مفاهيم مرحلة كيفي پژوهش استفاده شد. براي تجزيه ­و تحليل داده ­ها از تحليل عاملي تأييدي استفاده گرديد. نتايج بخش كمي پژوهش نشان داد كه همة مدل­هاي تأييدي به شكل مناسبي تدوين شده است.

The purpose of this research is to explore strategies for developing knowledge-based employment in the agricultural cooperative. The present research is applied to the research purpose, applied-development, and in terms of the method of research, it is a qualitative and quantitative mixture. In the first stage, using the Grounded Theory, a conceptual model has been used to explain the strategies for developing knowledge-based employment in the agricultural cooperative. In the qualitative section, experts familiar with the issue of developing knowledge-based knowledge in the Co-operation formed the statistical sample of research. According to the adequacy of sampling and theoretical saturation, 15 people were selected through purposeful sampling and bullet-shot sampling method. To analyze the data, a three stage, open, axial and selective coding process has been used. In the quantitative part of the research, the statistical population of the study included all the members of the agricultural cooperative. The statistical sample of the research was based on the recommendations of the use of confirmatory models of 250 members. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used based on the sub-categories and the concepts derived from the qualitative research stage and based on the paradigm model. A confirmatory factor analysis has been used to analyze the data. The results of a small part of the research show that all validation models have been formulated appropriately.
