Identify and Prioritize the Assessment Indicators of Organizational Performance According to Stable Balanced Score Card and MCDM by Using Linguistic Variables

كارت امتيازي متوازن پايدار براساس پارامترهاي توسعه پايدار يك روش مفيد و قدرتمند براي ارزيابي عملكرد پايدار سازمان يا شركت است. اين موضوع در مرور ادبيات اين مقاله اشاره است. موضوع اين مقاله ابعاد شناسايي و اولويت بندي شاخص هاي ارزيابي عملكرد سازمان را پوشش مي دهد. در اين پژوهش رويكرد كارت امتيازي متوازن پايدار با فرآيند تحليل شبكه اي فازي (FANP) جهت رتبه بندي شاخص هاي ارزيابي عملكرد در شركت صنايع پلاستيك پوشينه بررسي مي شود.جهت طراحي مدل، ابتدا ليستي از شاخص هاي مرتبط با استفاده از مرور ادبيات موجود استخراج و سپس توسط كارشناسان اين شركت بررسي و مدل نهايي پيشنهاد گرديد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه جريان نقدينگي در اولويت اول و به ترتيب آلودگي هوا و افزايش مهارت نيروي كار و... در اولويت هاي بعدي قرار دارند. مدل پيشنهادي نشان داده كه شاخص هاي عملكردي مي توانند با ابعاد مختلف كارت امتيازي متوازن پايدار به كمك تكنيك ANP فازي ادغام شود

Sustainability balanced scorecard based on the parameters of sustainable development is a useful and ýpowerful method for evaluating the sustainability performance of the organization or company. This issue was noted in literature review of this paper. The issue of this paper covers the aspects of ýidentify and prioritizes of organization performance assessment indicators. In this study, we examine the approach of sustainability balanced scorecard with fuzzy analysis ýnetwork process for ranking indicators of performance evaluation in poutine plastic industry Co. At first, for designing a model, the lists of related indicators by using the existent literature review ýwere extracted and then the model was reviewed by experts of the company and the exponential ýmodel was proposed. The results show that cash flow is in first priority and air pollution and increase of ýlabor/work force skills are next priorities respectively.The proposed model has shown that performance indicators can merge with various aspects of ýsustainable balanced scorecard by using of fuzzy analysis network technique.ý
