بررسي زمينه هاي توسعه كارآفريني از ديدگاه زنان كارآفرين استان گيلان

Investigating the fields of entrepreneurship development from the perspective of women entrepreneurs in Gilan province

جامعه توسعه يافته نيازمند توجه به عاملان توسعه در بستر تاريخي مقتضيات فرهنگي _ اجتماعي و.... مي باشد كه در اين ميان يكي از عوامل توسعه پايدار پديده كار آفريني و شناخت عوامل موثر و همچنين بسترشناسي از بعد فرهنگي و اجتماعي و.. فضاي جامعه است. علي الخصوص كار آفريني زنان به عنوان منابع انساني پويا و فعال در كنار ساير عوامل و زمينه كه از شروع زندگي بشري قابل كتمان نيست كه در تغييرات و تحولات اقتصادي و اجتماعي نقش موثر و فعالي دارند. توجه به وضعيت فرهنگي و اجتماعي حال و گذشته زنان كارآفرين و بررسي موانع و محدوديت هاي موجود مي تواند شايستگي ها و تواناييهاي آنها را آشكار و موانعي كه در شكل گيري فرايند اين امر مهم (كارآفريني و توسعه آن) زمينه را در جهت مشاركت هر چه بيشتر زنان در اقتصاد خانوار و كشور و همچنين در تحولات فرهنگي و اجتماعي مهيا نمايد. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسي زمينه هاي ا توسعه كار افريني زنان در استان گيلان مي باشد كه با روش آميخته اجرا شده است در مرحله نخست با استفاده از مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته از 15 نفر از كار افرينان استان گيلان مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفته اند. و داده هاي كيفي با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل تم مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. پس استخراج دادها ار مصاحبه و كد گذاري در ادامه اين تم ها در قالب يك پرسشنامه از 390 كارآفرين مورد سوال قرار گرفته اند يافته ها اثر زمينه هاي فرهنگي (سطح تحصيلات، شركت در كار گاه ها،دريافت مشاوره از انجمنهاي تخصصي، شركت در دوره هاي كار آفريني، مشاوره با ساير كار آفرينان) و اجتماعي (حمايت خانواده، حمايت ساير گروه ها، مسئوليت پذيري اجتماعي، نگرش خانوداه، نگرش عمومي به كار آفريني محيط زندگي، الگو پذيري گرايش عمومي به كار آفريني، عضويت در انجمن هاي كار آفريني، عضويت در گروهاي كارآفريني رسمي و غير رسمي، اعتماد اجتماعي) بر توسعه كار آفريني نشان مي دهند.
