بررسي و ارزيابي نقش اقتصاد كشاورزي در توسعه شهر ميداوود

Investigating and Assessing the Role of Agricultural Economics in the Development of the City of Maidovud (Case Study of Rice Culture)

توسعه فيزيكي شهرها فرآيندي است پويا كه طي آن محدوده فيزيكي و كالبدي شهرها در جهات عمودي و افقي از حيث كمي و كيفي افزايش مي يابد و اگر اين روند سريع و بي برنامه باشد، سيستمهاي شهري دچار مشكلات زيادي در آينده خواهد شد. با توجه به مهاجرت روزافزون انسانها از نقاط روستايي اطراف شهرها و يا نقاط ديگر كه باعث افزايش تقاضاي اين افراد براي زمين شهري به منظور سكونت شده است و اگر نظارت بر اين ساخت و سازها صورت نگيرد، علاوه بر از بين رفتن زمين هاي مرغوب كشاورزي، شهر را با بحران هاي اقتصادي اجتماعي و محيطي مواجه مي كند. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق تحليل نقشه اقتصادي مبتني بر كشاوري با رويكرد توسعه پايدار است. با توجه به نرخ مهاجرت در ساليان گذشته و آسيب هاي زيست محيطي هدف اين است تا بطور علمي و دقيق نقش اقتصاد كشاورزي در رشد و توسعه شهر ميداوود تبيين گردد. در ارزيابي رشد اقتصادي برنج و تاثير آن بر رشد كالبدي شهر ميداوود، پرسشنامه تهيه شده و پس از تكميل پرسشنامه توسط ساكنان محدوده مطالعاتي بر اساس روش هاي علمي تجزيه و تحليل شده است. براي آزمون فرض پيرامون ميانگين يك جامعه از آزمون t تك نمونه يا one sample t tset استفاده مي شود. نتايج حاصل از تحليل پرسشنامه نشان مي دهد كه رشد اقتصادي ناشي از كشت برنج در اثر تغيير در نوع كشاورزي قابل توجه بوده و راندمان توليد به طور قابل توجه اي افزايش داشته است و اين رشد اقتصادي در ماندگاري جمعيت و توسعه فيزيكي شهر تاثير گذار بوده است.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic-based economic map with sustainable development approach. Considering the rate of immigration in recent years and environmental damage, the goal is to scientifically and precisely explain the role of the agricultural economy in the development and development of the city. In evaluating the economic growth of rice and its effect on physical growth of the city of Meydwond, a questionnaire was prepared and after completion of the questionnaire by residents of the study area, based on scientific methods, was analyzed. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire show that the economic growth caused by rice cultivation was significant due to the change in the type of agriculture and the production efficiency has increased significantly and this economic growth has affected the population's survival and physical development of the city
