چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش شناسايي عوامل اثرگذار بر تحول سلامت اداري است كه در آن محقق به دنبال چگونگي ايجاد سلامت اداري در يك سازمان مهم در اداره امور شهري، يعني شهرداري تهران است. بدين منظور ابتدا ادبيات موضوع مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و ضمن بررسي مفاهيم پژوهش و مطالعات انجام شده در اين خصوص محقق، جامعه آماري تحقيق را كاركنان منطقه 2 شهرداري تهران در نظر گرفته است. با توجه به اينكه نوع تحقيق اكتشافي و روش جمع آوري اطلاعات ميداني و ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه است؛ بنابراين روش تحقيق پيمايشي است. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق تائيد خبرگان و پايايي ابزار سنجش از طريق آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ به تائيد رسيد و در نهايت سوالات فرعي تحقيق از طريق روش تي آزمون شدند.نتايج حاصل از تحليل هاي آماري حاكي از آن است كه تمامي سوالات فرعي تحقيق يعني تاثير عوامل فرهنگي، مديريتي، سياسي، قضايي، ارزشي و ساختاري بر سلامت اداري شهرداري تائيد شده اند و با توجه به نتايج رتبه بندي آزمون فريدمن از بين كليه عوامل اين تحقيق، عامل ساختاري بيشترين و عامل ارزشي كمترين اثرگذاري را بر سلامت اداري شهرداري دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the development of administrative health in which the researcher seeks how to create administrative health in an important organization in the city administration, the tehran municipality.For this purpose, the subject literature has first been studied and the research community and researches done in this regard have been considered by the researchers. The statistical population of the research is considered by the staff of tehran municipality District 2.Considering the type of exploratory research and the method of collecting field information and data collection tool, the questionnaire was used so the research method is survey.Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and the reliability of the instrument was confirmed by cronbach's alpha test subsequently, sub-questions were tested by T-test.The results of statistical analysis indicate that all of the research submissions, namely, the impact of cultural, managerial, political, judicial, value, and structural factors on the administrative health of the municipality have been confirmed.According to the results of Friedman's ranking, among all the factors of this research, the most structural factor and the least value factor has the effect on municipal health.
