بررسي اثربخشي درمان نوروفيدبك بر افزايش ميزان توجه كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بيش فعالي

Effectiveness of neurofeedback treatment on increasing the attention of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثربخشي درمان نوروفيدبك بر افزايش ميزان توجه كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بيش فعالي بود. روش اين تحقيق نيمه آزما يشي باگروه كنترل و پيش آزمون - پس آزمونبود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، شامل كودكان مبتلا به نقص توجه – بيش فعالي مراجعه كننده به مركز مشاوره و خدمات درماني روان پويا ودرمانگران به جو بود كه از بين آنها با توجه به ملاك هاي ورود نمونه اي به حجم 22 نفرانتخاب و والدين انها، به پرسشنامه كانرز نسخه والدين پاسخ دادند. دونفر از والدين در همان ابتدا انصراف خود را اعلام نمودند. سپس بقيه نمونه به طور تصادفي به دو گروه 10 نفره تقسيم شدند. گروه آزمايش درمان نوروفيدبك به مدت 30 جلسه دريافت كردند ولي گروه كنترل آموزشي دريافت نكردند و در ليست انتظار قرارگرفتند. . براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از تحليل كوواريانس و نرم افزار SPSS-21 استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه درمان نوروفيدبك به طور معناداري باعث افزايش ميزان توجه كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بيش فعالي شد.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of neurofeedback treatment on increasing the attention of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The statistical population of this study included children with ADHD referred to Behjoo and ravanpouya Consulting Center. Of which 20 respondents were interviewed in a accessible sampling method by the Parent's Corner questionnaire. They were divided into two groups of 10 people. The experimental group received neurofeedback treatment for 30 sessions, but the control group did not receive the training and are on the waiting list. Also, for analysis of data, covariance analysis was used and to speed up the results, SPSS-21 software was used. The results of this study showed that neurofeedback treatment significantly increased the attention of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In other words, attention and concentration of children with ADHD was significantly higher in neurofeedback treatment than in the control group.
