در اين مقاله يك ماتريس ارزيابي و بهينه سازي موجودي انبار در سيستم هاي خدمات پس از فروش با در نظر گرفتن دو عامل ماهيت ذاتي قطعه و ماهيت واقعي ارائه شده است . تابع تقاضاي قطعات در شركتهاي خدمات پس از فروش به پارامترهاي مختلفي وابسته است و همواره قابل پيش بيني نيست. در شرايط واقعي كمبود قطعه وسرويس دهي نامناسب سازمان هاي خدمات پس از فروش سبب نارضايتي مشتريان و مراجعه آنها به رقبا خواهد شد . از سوي ديگر استفاده از روش هاي صرفا رياضي در سيستم كنترل موجودي به دليل وجود عدم قطعيت و ابهام در شرايط واقعي همواره امكان پذير نيست . بنابراين به منظور تصميم گيري در چنين شرايطي نياز به يك الگوي مناسبي است كه در هر لحظه بتواند موجودي ها را رصد كرده و چارچوب مناسبي در خصوص عملكرد واقعي دراختيار قرار دهد . دراين مقاله مدل ماتريسي ارائه شده است كه توانايي بررسي وضعيت پيش بيني شده با واقعي را دارد و مي تواند الگوي مناسبي براي تصميم گيري در چنين شرايطي باشد .مزيت ديگري كه روش ارائه شده دارد بحث كاربردي بودن آن و قابل تعميم به شركتها و سازمان هاي توليدي است ،در انتها نيز مدل مربوطه در خصوص يك شركت خدمات پس از فروش استفاده و خروجي هاي مدل ماتريسي مورد تحليل قرارگرفته است.

Demand for after-sales parts companies depends on various parameters and is not always predictable. Mainly basic information for reasons such as poor quality of some parts, there are other competitors in the market and similar items, consequently, the decision and possibly dissatisfaction customers have the kind of ambiguity and uncertainty. So in order to make decisions in such circumstances need for an appropriate model that could at any moment that at any moment can monitor inventory and the actual performance available to provide an appropriate framework. . In this paper a matrix model presented has the ability to check the status of real and can be predicted the situation is predicted real and can be a model for decision-making in such circumstances. Another advantage is that the proposed method can be extended discussion of the applicability of its production to companies and organizations.
