Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Information Security Management System

اطلاعات يكي از مهمترين سرمايه هاي يك سازمان است و حفاظت از آن يكي از اركان مهم بقاي سازمان است. سيستم مديريت امنيت، حفاظت از اطلاعات را در سه مفهوم خاص محرمانه بودن، صحت و در دسترس بودن اطلاعات تعريف مي كند. هدف اصلي پژوهش شناسايي عوامل انساني موثر بر اثربخشي سيستم مديريت امنيت اطلاعات در شركت خدمات انفورماتيك است. پژوهش به روش توصيفي همبستگي انجام گرفته و از نظر هدف، كاربردي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه بانكهاي تحت پوشش شركت خدمات انفورماتيك ايران مي باشد. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است كه روايي و پايايي آن موردتاييد قرار گرفته است. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي با استفاده از تحليل رگرسيون انجام شده است. طبق نتايج پژوهش شاخص هاي نقش مديريت، آگاهي از امنيت سيستم اطلاعات و انطباق با آموزش، امينت سيستم اطلاعات كسب و كار و ارزيابي ريسك امنيت سيستم اطلاعات بر اثربخشي سيستم مديريت امنيت اطلاعات تاثير گذار مي باشند.

Information is one of the most important organization capital and protecting it, is one of the kep perforeance indicators of the organization's survival. The information security management system defines the protection of information in three ways: confidentiality, accuracy and availability. The purpose of this research is to recognize the effective factors on information security management system in Iran's Informatics' Service Company. Based on the method, the research is descriptive-correlation and aim, is to identify effective factors in this regard. Statistical population is all of the Iranian banks covered by Informatics' Service Company. The data gathering tool is a researcher made questionnaire that its validity and reliability was confirmed by related tests. Data analyzed by regression analysis. According to the finding management role, awareness of security management system and adaptation to training, security management system of business and evaluation of risk security management system, effect on effectiveness of security management system.
