بررسي نقش فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) در كاهش فساد اداري مالي

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in reducing Administrative & Financial Corruption

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (استفاده از اينترنت، رايانه و نرم افزار) بر فساد اداري مالي در شعب بانك ملت شهر اهواز انجام شده است. در اين مطالعه با توجه به تعداد كل جامعه آماري، به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي با استفاده از جدول كوهن، مورگان و كرجسي (1970) تعداد 214 نفر از كاركنان شعب بانك ملت شهر اهواز انتخاب گرديد و مبناي گردآوري داده هاي پژوهش قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوري داده ها از طريق پرسشنامه هاي معتبر داراي روايي و پايايي قابل قبول مي باشد. نتايج تحليل داده ها به روش مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار ليزرل نشان داد كه به كارگيري فنآوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات تاثير معناداري بر كاهش فساد اداري و مالي دارد. در اين ميان دو شاخص استفاده از رايانه و نرم افزارهاي بانكي منجر به كاهش معنادار فساد اداري مالي شده درحالي كه استفاده از اينترنت و سرويس هاي جهاني ارتباطات تاثير معناداري بر كاهش فساد نداشته و حتي يك رابطه مثبت بين اين دو متغير مشاهده گرديد.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the reduction of administrative & financial corruption in the branches of Mellat bank in Ahvaz. According to the total population, was selected a random classified sample, by Cohen, Morgan, & Krejcie (1970), 214 employees of the branches of Mellat bank in Ahvaz and was based on data collection. Data collected through questionnaires that have acceptable reliability and validity. The results of data analysis using structural equation by LISREL software, Showed that Application of information and communication technology (ICT) has significant influence on the reduction of administrative and financial corruption. In the meantime, two indicators; using of computer and banks software, led to a significant reduction of administrative and financial corruption. While the use of the Internet and global communications services did not have a significant effect on the reduction of corruption, there was even a positive relationship between these two variables.
