بررسي تطبيقي مديريت در اسلام با غرب در حوزه فرآيند مديريت

A Comparative Study of Management in Islam and the West in the Area of Management Process

اين مقاله به بررسي تطبيقي مديريت در اسلام با غرب در حوزه فرآيند مديريت، به عنوان يك پژوهش كاربردي با روش و ماهيت توصيفي، پيمايشي در سال 1394 پرداخته است. جامعه آماري، مديران و اعضاء هيئت علمي دانشگاه و مديران و طلاب حوزه هاي علميه شهر كرمانشاه به ترتيب برابر 140 و 93 نفر بوده اند. حجم نمونه مطابق فرمول كوكران، از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده و براي جامعه دانشگاهي و حوزه هاي علميه به ترتيب برابر 103 و 75 نفر محاسبه شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 38 گويه اي با پاسخ هاي 5 درجه اي طيف ليكرت است كه روايي آن توسط متخصصين تأييد و پايايي آن با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر0/869 به دست آمد. اطلاعات مختلف با نرم افزار SPSS در دو بخش آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي با استفاده از آزمون U من ويتني تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. نتايج حاصل از بخش ميداني، نشان مي دهد مديريت در اسلام با مديريت در غرب در ويژگي هاي ماهيت، مباني، اصول و هدف، داراي تفاوت هاي بنيادين هستند و در برنامه ريزي، سازماندهي، رهبري، تصميم گيري، كنترل و هماهنگي كه از مؤلفه هاي اصلي مديريت مي باشند، در روش اجرا متفاوت هستند. چون اختلاف در روش براي برنامه ريزي و هماهنگي، حداقل بود از آن صرف نظر و به عنوان تشابه از آنها ياد مي شود. همچنين در نتايج مطالعات كتابخانه اي، حاصل مطالعات كه تفاوت ديدگاه هاي صاحبنظران را در مورد مديريت در اسلام و غرب نمايش مي دهد، ارائه شده است.

This paper tries to compare Islam and the West in the area of management process. It is a practical research carried out in 1394(2015) and a descriptive-survey in terms of method and nature which attempts to offer various aspects of Islam's impacts on management. The population of the investigation is 140 administrators and faculty members and 93 seminary leaders and students of Kermanshah city. Sampling was calculated by Cochran’s formula and the number of samples in the academic and seminary communities were selected as 103, and 75 individuals, respectively. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire of 38 items with 5 degree responses based on Likert scale. Its validity was approved by experts and its reliability proved to be 0.869 by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The information was analyzed by SPSS using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results show that the importance of management factors has also been presented in Islam and the West. The results suggest that management in Islam has fundamental differences with the management in the West in terms of effective characteristics of nature, foundation principles and objectives. They have different procedures in planning, organizing, leadership, decision-making, control and coordination as the main management factors. Furthermore, as the difference in methodology for planning and coordination components was minimal, it has been ignored and it is referred as similarity.
