Identifying and Measuring Cause and Effect Relations Factors Affecting Organizational Agility Using Theme and Demetal Analysis Method (Case Study: Metal Products Industries of Kaveh Industrial City

در دنياي امروزمحيط نامطمئن و رقابت زياد بازار موجب اهميت پيدا كردن چابكي با توجه به لزوم سرعت عمل و پاسخگويي به نيازهاي بازار روز به روز افزايش پيدا كرده است. بنابراين هدف پژوهش حاضر استفاده از روش ديمتل جهت بررسي روابط علي و معلولي عوامل موثر بر چابكي سازمان در صنايع توليدات فلزي شهرك صنعتي كاوه است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نوع داده آميخته مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل خبرگان ارشد صنايع توليدات فلزي شهرك صنعتي كاوه است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و اصل اشباع 25 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. در بخش كيفي از تحليل تم و در بخش كمي از روش ديمتل استفاده گرديد. با استفاده از تحليل تم هشت مقوله رضايت مشتري، پاسخگويي، تغيير سازماني،چابكي، رهبري تحول آفرين، فناوري اطلاعات، سازمان يادگيرنده و انعطاف پذيري براي چابكي مشخص شد. و به كمك روش ديمتل چهار متغير رهبري تحول آفرين، فناوري اطلاعات، سازمان يادگيرنده و انعطاف پذيري به عنوان متغيرهاي تأثيرگذار شناسايي شد. رهبري تحول آفرين بيشترين تأثير و چابكي سازمان بيشترين نفوذ پذيري و اثرپذيرترين را به خود اختصاص داده است.

In today's world, uncertain environment and high market competition has increased the importance of finding agility due to the necessity to act fast and meet the needs of the market day by day. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to use Demetel method to investigate the causal relationships between factors affecting organizational agility in Kaveh Industrial City.The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of senior experts of metal products industries in Kaveh Industrial Township. The content analysis was used in the qualitative section and the dimensional method was used in the quantitative section.The themes were identified using eight themes of customer satisfaction, accountability, organizational change, agility, transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization and flexibility for agility. an‎d four dimensions of transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization, and flexibility were identified as the most effective variables using the DEMATEL method. Transformational leadership is the most influential and agile organization with the most influence and the most effective.
