چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دﺑﯿﺮان دﺑﯿﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺸﺘﺮود ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﺤﻮه ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎ اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 175 ﻧﻔﺮ، دﺑﯿﺮان دﺑﯿﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺸﺘﺮود ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 120 ﻧﻔﺮ و از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ؛ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 21 ﺳﻮاﻟﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 61 ﺳﻮاﻟﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ اﺳﻤﯿﺖ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1969( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 49 ﺳﻮاﻟﯽ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻟﻮﻧﻦ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )2008( ﺑﻮد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از روش ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و اﺳﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ r ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه در ﺳﻄﺢ 0/05≤ pﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري را ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دﺑﯿﺮان دﺑﯿﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺸﺘﺮود وﺟﻮد دارد. r ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه در ﺳﻄﺢ p≤0/05 ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري را ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي دﯾﺪن ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ، ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ، اﺣﺴﺎس ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ، ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ، ﻋﻤﻞ ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ و وﺟﻮد ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دﺑﯿﺮان ﻧﺸﺎن داد و ﺑﯿﻦ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دﺑﯿﺮان ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/742 راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻤﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is relationship between quantum Management with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust among high school teachers of Hashtrood city. This research uses descriptive - correlational questionnaire was conducted. high school teachers of Hashtrood city were statistical population of 175 people , of which; 120 people were selected by using the Cochran's formula and were chosen by Simple Random sampling method. Research instruements consisted of: a self-made questionnaire of quantum Management with 21 items, Smith et al (1969) Job Satisfaction questionnaire with 61 items and Alonen et.al (2008) Organizational Trust questionnaice with 49 items. Collected date was analyzed using regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Spearman coefficient. Findings showed that observed "r" at p≤0/05 shows a positive and significant correlation between quantum Management with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust among high school teachers of Hashtrood city. Also, observed "r" at p≤0/05 showed a positive and significant correlation between quantum Seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum Knowing, Quantum Acting, quantum Trusting, Quantum Being and Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust among high school teachers of Hashtrood city, and There is a direct relationship (with coefficient 0/742) between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Trust of teachers.
