Factors Affecting the Promotion of Safety and Health in NAJA Personnel

نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان مهم‌ترين دستگاه حفظ امنيت و آرامش در جامعه كه با تمامي اقشار مختلف جامعه مرتبط مي‌باشد بايد براي بهبود و افزايش بهره وري سازمان ،كارايي و عملكرد خود را افزايش دهد كه در اين ميان استفاده بهينه از نيروي انساني، لزوم توجه به خواسته‌ها و ديدگاه هاي شغلي آن‌ها و برنامه ريزي و نگهداشت نيرو بر اساس اين خواسته‌ها را ضروري و اجتناب ناپذير نموده است و با توجه به اين كه مسئله تلفات نيروي انساني به عنوان بخش مهمي از نيازهاي پژوهش سازمان براي تدوين برنامه بهسازي كيفيت و حفظ و نگهداشت نيروي انساني مطرح است، تحقيق حاضر به بررسي عوامل مؤثر در ارتقاء سطح ايمني و سلامت كاركناندر ناجا اختصاص يافته است. از سوي ديگر نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران همانند هر سازماني ، قبل از اجراي وظائف ذاتي و قانوني خود بايد بتواند مديريت ايمني و سلامت كاركنان را مدنظر قرار داده تا بتواند سازماني مفيد و مؤثر در برقراري نظم و انضباط اجتماعي باشد. لذا هدف اين تحقيق شناخت عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء سطح ايمني و سلامت كاركنان ناجا بوده كه از نظر نتيجه كاربردي و به روش كيفي با استفاده از تكنيك مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته صورت پذيرفته است. در اين تحقيق نمونه گيري هدفمند بوده و تا زمان اشباع نظري محقق با 31 نفر از كارشناسان و خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع مصاحبه ، انجام شده است. براساس نتايج به دست آمده آموزش، ايمني و بهداشت، عوامل مديريتي، فرهنگ سازماني و ساختار سازماني به ترتيب بيشترين تاثير را بر ارتقاء سطح ايمني و سلامت كاركنان ناجا دارند.

Police Force of Islamic Republic of Iran, as the most important system to provide security and peace in society which is associated with all different walks of life,should increase its efficiency and performance to improve and increase organizational productivity. Among which the efficient use of human resources has necessitated considering theirjob wishes and views and planning and holding force on the basis of these demands and with regard to the fact that the issue of losses of human resources is introduced as an important part of the organization research needsto planthe program of improving the quality and retention of human resources, this study examines the factors contributing to the promotion of health and safety of Police Force personnel. On the other hand, the Islamic Republic of Iran Police Force, like any organization,beforepreformingitsinherent and legal duties,should considerstaff health and safety managementto be a useful and effective organization inestablishingsocial order and discipline.So the aim of this study is to identify factors influencing the promotion of safety and health of NAJA personnelthat isfunctional in terms of the results and is done through qualitative approach using semi-structured interview technique. In this study, sampling ispurposive and the researcher interviewed 31 experts and elites regarding the topic up to theoretical saturation. Based on the results, training, safety and health, administrative factors, organizational culture and organizational structure have the highest impact on improving the safety and health of NAJA personnel, respectively
