چكيده فارسي :
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ اﺟﺮاي دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺪل ﻛﺮكﭘﺎﺗﺮﻳﻚ ﺑﺮ روي ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن اداره ﺛﺒﺖ اﺳﻨﺎد و اﻣﻼك اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺰوﻳﻦ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﻳﻦﻣﻨﻈﻮر در ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﻲ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ از ﻣﺪل ﻛﺮكﭘﺎﺗﺮﻳﻚ ﻣﻲ-ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ اﺟﺮاي آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ )در ﺳﻄﻮح واﻛﻨﺶ، ﻳﺎدﮔﻴﺮي و رﻓﺘﺎر( ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﺑﻌﺎد: اﺣﺴﺎس ﺷﺎﻳﺴﺘﮕﻲ، اﺣﺴﺎس ﺧﻮدﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﻲ، اﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﻮدن، اﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮدن و اﺣﺴﺎس اﻋﺘﻤﺎد(، ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ و ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. دادهﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﻴﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﻣﻴﺎن ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن و ﻣﺪﻳﺮان اداره ﺛﺒﺖ اﺳﻨﺎد اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺰوﻳﻦ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪاي دو ﺑﺨﺸﻲ )آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن( ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﻴﺮي از ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ )ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎ و ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ( و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﻟﻴﺰرل( ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري اﺟﺮاي دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 0/84 ﺑﻮد. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﻳﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺟﺮاي آﻣﻮزش ﺿﻤﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ در ﺳﻄﺢ واﻛﻨﺶ، ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن اداره ﺛﺒﺖ اﺳﻨﺎد اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺰوﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻧﺒﻮده، وﻟﻲ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻳﺎدﮔﻴﺮي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﻴﺰان اﻳﻦ اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﺎدﮔﻴﺮي ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻲ ﻧﻴﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ اداره ﺛﺒﺖ اﺳﻨﺎد و اﻣﻼك اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﺰوﻳﻦ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺟﻨﺴﻴﺖ، ﭘﺴﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ، ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﻛﺎري و ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻼت در ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻃﻲ دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت دﻳﮕﺮ ﺟﻨﺴﻴﺖ، ﭘﺴﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ،ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﻛﺎري و ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻼت، ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮي در اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﻲ آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this research, the effect of the implementation of in-service training courses at different levels of the Kirkpatrick model on the empowerment of the staff of the Office of the Documentation and Real Estate of Qazvin province has been investigated.Therefore, the effect of the implementation of in-service training is used in the conceptual model of research, which is based on the Kirkpatrick and Wotten & Cameron model. were examined and experimentally tested.Required data for this research were collected through random sampling among employees and managers of the Qazvin Provincial Registration Office in a two-part questionnaire .Then, utilization statistical analysis including descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were analyzed.The results of the study indicated that the effectiveness of the implementation of training courses on empowerment of staff measurement was 0.84. In addition, the results showed that the implementation of in-service training at the reaction level, was not effective on the empowerment of the staff of the Qazvin Provincial Registration Office, but it was effective in the levels of learning (0.42) and behavior (0.33) and the measurement of this effect more has been at the level of learning .Also, the results of the research showed that the human resources demographics of the Qazvin Provincial Deeds and Registry Office are not effective from of point view of gender, organizational status, work record, and education level in employees' ability after the courses. In other words, gender, organizational status, work history and educational level did not affect the effectiveness of training on employee empowerment.
