چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﻳﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﻚ ﻛﺸﺎورزي ﺷﻌﺐ ﺷﺮق اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﻴﺖ، ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 140 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻧﻚ ﻛﺸﺎورزي ﺷﻌﺐ ﺷﺮق اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻌﺪاد 103 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻛﺮﺟﺴﻲ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﻴﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﻳﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ، رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل آﻟﻔﺎي ﻛﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﻳﻚ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 0/76، 0/88 و 0/75 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ،از روشﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﻳﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻢﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺳﻬﻢ ﻫﺮ ﻳﻚ از ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻨﻮﻳﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ در ﭘﻴﺶﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior with organizational performance of Agricultural Bank Branches East Province in Mazandaran. The research applied in terms of purpose and method was descriptive, correlational one. The statistical population consisted of all staff members of the Agricultural Bank Branches East Province in Mazandaran. (N= 140). The statistical sample was 103 participants that determined by the Krejci and Morgan formula and selected by stratified random sampling according to gender. Data were gathered by using three standard questionnaires: organizational spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance questionnaires. Their reliability was calculated to 0.76, 0.88 and 0.75 respectively by the use of Cronbach Alpha. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior with the organizational performance. Also, the contribution of each dimension of organizational spirituality and organizational citizenship is different in predicting organizational performance of employees
