چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ از اﺟﺮاي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺎرﺳﻮﻧﺰ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻪ اﺷﺘﺮاكﮔﺬاري داﻧﺶ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ارژن ﺷﯿﺮاز اﺳﺖ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ آﺟﯿﻞ ﭘﺎرﺳﻮﻧﺰ )1382( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ رﻓﺘﺎر اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ راﺟﺎ و ﭼﻨﺎﻣﺎﻧﯽ )2012( و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/88 و 0/94 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ارژن ﺷﯿﺮاز اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان از 450 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 207 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻌﻤﺪي )ﻗﻀﺎوﺗﯽ( و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ 10 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﻪ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي رﺳﯿﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﮔﻮﯾﺎي آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻔﺮوض ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﻔﺮوض ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻼوهﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﮔﻮﯾﺎي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي اﻧﻄﺒﺎق و ﯾﮕﺎﻧﮕﯽ از ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻮاﻧﻊ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ اﺷﺘﺮاك داﻧﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﯽاﻋﺘﻤﺎدي، ﻋﺪم ﺗﻌﻬﺪ، ﻋﺪم ارﺗﺒﺎط، ﻋﺪم ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﻋﺪم ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎن اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of the present research is to study the Parsons organizational culture by sharing knowledge in the education organization of the Arjan Area of Shiraz. The research method is descriptive correlational. In the quantitative part, two standard questionnaires of Parsons AGIL Organizational Culture (2003) and Raja & Chenamani Knowledge Sharing Behavior Questionnaire (2012) an‎d used in the qualitative section of the interview. The reliability of the questionnaires was 0.88 and 0.94, respectively, through Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population consisted of managers, staff and teachers of education in Argan Area of Shiraz with Using random stratified sampling method and using Cochran formula, 450 people from the community were selected as 207 individuals. The sampling method in part interview, was of intentional and after interview with 10 Persons were Principals, staff and teachers, the researcher reached theoretical satisfaction. The show results that average of organizational culture overall (x= 87/15) a little higher than the supposed average (x= 84) and the average of knowledge sharing (x= 76/81) was lower than supposed average (x= 96). Furthermore, regression result show that component conformity and unity impact from organizational culture on variable knowledge sharing. Also notice the results from interview culture obstacles which impact in knowledge sharing consist: distrust, non-undertaking, disaffiliation, lack of support from management and lack of organizational culture which support.
