بازخواني سنت در انديشه اسلامي؛ مقايسه نقد عقل اسلامي محمد اركون و نقد عقل عربي محمد عابد الجابري

Rereading of Tradition in Islamic Thought; Comparison of Arkoun's Critique of Islamic Reason and Al-Jaberi 's Critique of Arabic Reason

از جمله پيامدهاي نفوذ استعمار غربي به جهان اسلام از اواخر قرن هجدهم، حصول اتفاق نظر نزد انديشمندان مسلمان بر ضرورت بازخواني سنت اسلامي بود. نوشته هاي آنان عمدتاً حول محور پيشرفت، عقلانيت و علم گرايي غرب و عقب ماندگي مسلمان متمركز بود. به دليل آنكه انديشمندان مسلمان به فرهنگ حاكم بر غرب ديدي منفي داشتند، به سنت اسلامي بازگشتند و تمام تلاش خود را براي احياي آن به كار بستند. در قرن بيستم نگاه جديد به سنت و بررسي دشواره ي سنت و تجدد با روش هاي پژوهشي نوين بر اثر مواجه با دستاوردهاي تمدن غرب صورت گرفت و انديشمندان اسلامي با گرايشات فكري گوناگون مساله سنت را با رويكردهاي جديدي مورد پژوهش قرار دادند. محمد عابد الجابري و محمد اركون از جهت تأكيد مضاعف آن ها بر روش هاي پژوهشي نوين در فهم سنت، بازخواني و مواجهه نقادانه با سنت جهت پيدا كردن راهكار براي معضلات كنوني جوامع اسلامي، از بارزترين نمايندگان جريان نوگرا بشمار مي آيند. اين دو در باز خواني سنت، بواسطه اهميت بالاي نقد عقل، به نقد عقل اسلامي و عقل عربي اهتمام ورزيدند. در اين تحقيق به مقايسه بين پروژه نقد عقل اسلامي اركون و نقد عقل عربي جابري پرداخته مي شود.

Among the implications of Western colonial influence in the Islamic world from the late eighteenth century, the Muslim scholars agreed on the necessity of revising the Islamic tradition. Their writings focused mainly on the axis of progress, the rationality and Western scientism, and the backwardness of Muslims. Because Muslim scholars had a negative view of the culture of the West, they returned to the Islamic tradition and used all their efforts to revive it. In the twentieth century, a new look at tradition and the study of the difficulty of tradition and modernity with modern research methods was faced with the achievements of western civilization, and scholars of Islam with different intellectual tendencies investigated the issue of tradition with new approaches. Muhammad Abed al-Jabari and Mohammed Arkoun are among the most prominent representatives of the modernist trend for their double emphasis on the new research methods in understanding the tradition, revising and critically exposing the tradition to finding a solution to the current problems of Islamic societies. In the revelation of tradition, the two sought to criticize Islamic reason and Arab wisdom due to the importance of the critique of reason. In this research, a comparison is made between the Critique of Islamic Criticism of Arkhon and the Critique of Arabic Wisdom.
