پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي موانع ايجاد همخواني بين موضوعات پايان‌نامه‌هاي دوره كارشناسي ارشد رشته علوم تربيتي با نيازهاي جامعه از نظر دانشجويان انجام شده است. روش انجام اين تحقيق به شيوه توصيفي با رويكرد پيمايشي بود. جامعه‌ آماري پژوهش حدود 500 نفر از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد گرايش‌هاي مختلف رشته‌ي علوم تربيتي در دانشگاه‌هاي اصفهان، آزاد اسلامي خوراسگان و پيام نور اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 94- 1393 بود كه از بين آنها با استفاده از جدول كرجسي- مورگان نمونه‌اي 217 نفري به صورت نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي متناسب با حجم انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، با 24 سؤال بسته پاسخ بود. اعتبار پرسشنامه بر اساس ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/91 برآورد گرديد كه نشان از اعتبار بالاي ابزار اندازه‌گيري دارد؛ و روايي صوري آن نيز توسط كارشناسان و متخصصان علوم تربيتي مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌هاي پژوهش در سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي انجام شده است. در سطح توصيفي براي مشخص كردن توزيع فراواني و درصد نمرات پاسخ‌گويان از ميانگين، انحراف معيار و درصد و در سطح آمار استنباطي از آزمون t مستقل و t تك نمونه‌اي استفاده شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه از نظر دانشجويان موانع اقتصادي، اجتماعي- فرهنگي و سازماني در ايجاد همخواني بين موضوعات پايان‌نامه‌هاي دوره كارشناسي ارشد با نيازهاي جامعه مؤثر هستند.

The aim of this study is to identify barriers to create compatibility between threads supervision of Master of Education with the needs of society from the perspective of students. The study was descriptive-survey research methods. The study sample consisted of 500 students from different backgrounds Masters degree at the University of Isfahan, Azad University Khorasgan and Payam Noor of Isfahan in the academic year 1393 is 94. Use the sample table-Morgan 217 samples sampling stratified set volume Shdnd.abzar data collection questionnaire, with 24 questions was closed. Reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which indicates the validity of the instrument is 0/91, and its validity was confirmed by experts and experts in education. Analyze data on the level of descriptive and inferential statistics were conducted. In the description to determine the frequency and percentage of respondents score of mean, standard deviation, percent and inferential statistics and independent t-test one sample, analysis of variance and Scheffe post hoc test was used Results showed that in terms students barriers economic, socio-cultural organizations in developing the thesis of Postgraduate Course consistency with the the needs of society are effective.
