ارزيابي ميزان رضايت مندي شهروندان از مبلمان شهري(مطالعه موردي: شهر مريوان)

Assessing the satisfaction of citizens from urban furniture (Case Study: Marivan City)

نقش اصلي مبلمان شهري در سطح خيابان‌ها و فضاهاي شهري ايجاد مكان­هايي است كه زبان ناطق هويت انسان و منظر شهري مطلوب، باشد. طراحي مناسب و به‌كارگيري مبلمان شهري متناسب با محيط در بخش ­هاي باز شهر كه به­ آن­ها فضاهاي شهري مي­ گوييم، امري ضروري در برنامه ­ريزي شهري محسوب مي­شود. فضاهايي همچون ميدان‌ها و پارك­ ها، پياده‌روها و... تأثير زيادي در كيفيت زندگي شهري بر جاي مي­گذارد. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان وضعيت رضايت شهروندان از مبلمان شهري در شهر مريوان به­ عنوان يكي از شهرهاي توريستي ايران مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش: نوع پژوهش كاربردي و روش آن توصيفي _تحليلي است. شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات نيز بر اساس روش كتابخانه­ اي و بررسي­ هاي ميداني (مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه)، مي­باشد يافته‌ها: تحليل آماري آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام‌گرفته است. در اين پژوهش ميانگين رضايت از مبلمان شهري در يك طيف 5 وجهي2/68 كه از نمره متوسط پايين‌تر است نتيجه گيري: نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه وضعيت مبلمان در اين شهر از وضعيت مطلوبي برخوردار نبوده است. عامل دسترسي، توجه به شرايط اقليمي، توجه به استاندارهاي رايج، مدنظر قرار نگرفته و به‌صورت نامرتب و درهم‌ريخته بدون توجه به معيار و ضوابط خاصي احداث‌شده است و طراحي و احداث مبلمان شهري در مقايسه با استانداردهاي رايج داراي سطح پاييني است.

Introduction and purpose of research: The main role of urban furniture in the level of streets and urban spaces is the creation of places that is the language of the personality of human identity and the desired urban landscape. Proper design and utilization urban furniture fitting the environment in the open areas of the city, which we call urban spaces, is an essential element of urban planning. Spaces such as squares, parks, sidewalks, etc. have a great influence on the quality of urban life. The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of satisfaction of citizens from urban furniture in Marivan city as one of the tourist cities in Iran. Methodology: The type of research is applied and its method is descriptive-analytical. The method of collecting information is based on the library method and field surveys (observation, interview and questionnaire). Findings: Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. In this study, the average satisfaction of urban furniture in a five-dimensional range of 2.68 which is lower than the average score. Conclusion: The results of the research show that the furniture situation in this city has not been favorable. Accessibility factor, attention to climatic conditions, attention to current standards, is not considered and unevenly and regardless to certain criteria have been constructed and the design and construction of urban furniture is low compared to common standards.
