چكيده فارسي :
براي اداره موفق كلان شهر نمي‌توان از مديريت‌هاي جداگانه و هدايتگرهاي بخشي بهره گرفت. اگر هر يك از عناصر مجموعه مديريت شهر بنا به حوزه اختيارات خود براي شهر تصميم بگيرند و از منظر خرد و بخشي‌نگري به شهر بنگرند، ناهماهنگي تصميمات در بعد كلان مشكلات عديده‌اي را پيش خواهد آورد كه مي‌تواند بخشي از مسائل كنوني را حاصل اين تفرق و عدم يكپارچگي مديريت شهر دانست. تحقيق حاضر به منظور بررسي راهكارهاي تحقق مديريت يكپارچه شهري در شهرداري تهران انجام گرفته است.
روش پژوهش: اين پژوهش براساس هدف كاربردي و بر اساس روش توصيفي- پيمايشي بوده است. جامعه آماري شامل افراد كاركنان شهرداري مي‌باشد و داده‌ها با استفاده از توزيع و جمع‌آوري 932 پرسشنامه در نمونه‌اي كه به روش طبقه‌اي از جامعه انتخاب گرديد گردآوري و با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند
يافته‌ها: در نمونه 195 نفري مورد مطالعه، دانش و اطلاعات و آموزش و پرورش و مشاركت مردمي و شهروندان و مديريت عمومي محيطي در تحقق مديريت يكپارچه شهري در شهرداري شهرري اثر گذار است. نگرش به راهكارهاي تحقق مديريت يكپارچه شهري در بين پاسخگويان مرد و زن، مجرد و متأهل، بين سطوح مختلف تحصيلات و بين سنين مختلف يكسان است وضعيت و جنسيت تأهل تاثيري بر آن ندارد.
نتيجه گيري: نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد كه شهر تهران تا رسيدن به شاخص‌هاي مديريت يكپارچه شهري فاصله زيادي را بايد طي كند و پيمودن آن نيازمند هماهنگي بين تمام سازمانهاي دخيل در مديريت يكپارچه شهري است.

Introduction & Objective: For the successful management of the metropolitan area, you cannot use separate management and part-based guides. If any of the elements of city management, according to their area of authority for the city, will look at the city from a small perspective. The inconsistency of decisions in the large dimension will cause many problems that could be part of the current issues as a result of this disparity and the lack of integration of city management. This research has been carried out to investigate the solutions for implementing integrated urban management in Tehran municipality.
Methodology: This research was based on the applied objective and based on descriptive-survey method. The statistical population consisted of the employees of the municipality staff and the data were collected by 932 questionnaires in a stratified sampling from the community and analyzed using SPSS software.
Results: Knowledge and information, education and popular participation and citizens and public environmental management were effective in the implementation of integrated urban management in the municipality of Ray Town. Attitudes toward the implementation of integrated urban management solutions among male and female respondents, single and married, different levels of education and between different ages are the same and the situation as well as marital sex do not affect it.
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that Tehran has to go a long way in reaching the integrated urban management indicators, and it requires coordination between all organizations involved in integrated urban management.
