كاربست مدل استراتژي توسعه‌ي شهري مبتني بر توسعه‌ي پايدار(مورد مطالعه: شهر مريوان)

تغييرات سريع و نامطمئن در محيط‌هاي شهري و ناكارآمدي طرح‌هاي توسعه شهري از يك سو و نارضايتي بسياري از ساكنان شهرها از كيفيت زندگي در اين مراكز از سوي ديگر، انتظارات و مسئوليت‌هاي جديدي را براي مديران شهري به وجود آورده است. در پاسخ به اين شرايط نامطمئن، ناكارآمدي مديريتي و كاهش آسايش ساكنان، رويكرد استراتژي توسعه‌ي شهري (CDS) براي افزايش رقابت پذيري شهرها، بهبود قابليت زندگي، پيشرفت اقتصادي، كاهش فقر و بهبود مديريت شهري در سال 1999 توسط سازمان ائتلاف شهرها مطرح گرديد. هدف پژوهش حاضر كاربست مدل CDS در شهر مريوان با تاكيد بر توسعه‌ي پايدار شهري مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي، از لحاظ ماهيت و روش توصيفي- تحليلي است. گردآوري اطلاعات، بر اساس روشهاي اسنادي، پيمايشي (زمينه ياب) با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و فيش برداري انجام شده است. جامعه‌ي آماري شامل متخصصين و مديران شهر مريوان بوده است. حجم نموه بر اساس جدول مورگان 327 نفر و روش نمونه گيري خوشه‌اي دو مرحله‌اي است. براي تحليل فرضيات از مدل استراتژيك SWOT بهره گرفته شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه وضعيت شاخصهاي توسعه‌ي پايدار در شهر مريوان از وضعيت مطلوبي برخوردارند. همچنين استراتژي قابل اجرا براي توسعه شاخصهاي استراتژي توسعه شهري در شهر مريوان ST ( اقتضايي يا تنوع سازي) تعيين گرديد و استراتزي‌هاي كشاورزي و خدماتي بر اساس ماتريس QSPM، به عنوان راهبردهاي مهم توسعه مريوان بيشترين امتياز را كسب كرده اند.

The volume of influent based on the sample of 326 people and is a two-stage cluster sampling method. For single-sample t test hypotheses, analysis and Strategic SWOT model is used. Results show that the status of sustainable development indicators in Marivan favorable situations. Also applicable strategy for the development of indicators of urban development strategy in the city of Marivan ST (contingency or diversification) were determined and agricultural strategies and services based on the matrix QSPM, as developing strategies Marivan have earned the most points.
