چكيده فارسي :
در دنياي امروز صنعت گردشگري با ويژگي شتاب دهندگي كه به تمامي حوزه‌هاي توسعه و تقويت فرهنگ و هنر دارد، تبديل به بزرگترين پيشران توسعه در جوامع مختلف گرديده است. در اين ميان مبحث گردشگري شهري هم مي تواند به عنوان مهمترين بستر تعالي و توسعه ظرفيت‌هاي گردشگري، ايفاي نقش نمايد. اين موضوع ارتباط تنگاتنگي با ارزشهاي محيط طبيعي و ميراث فرهنگي شهرها داشته و كميت و كيفيت آن يكي از شاخصهاي توسعه و عمرا ن شهري محسوب مي گردد. معمولا شهرهايي كه فاقد منابع داخلي اقتصادي براي توسعه هستند از عنصر ريخت شناسي فضاي شهري به عنوان منابع گردشگري استفاده نموده و به كمك طراحي شهري توانسته اند بستر مناسبي براي ارتقاء اقتصاد محلي خويش فراهم آورند و هدف از اين پژوهش هم معرفي موثرترين برنامه‌هاي اجرايي ارتقاء كيفيت طراحي شهري در شهر اراك است.
روش پژوهش: در اين مطالعه محقق با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي، ابتدا اقدام به استخراج مهمترين برنامه‌هاي اجرايي ارتقاء كيفيت فضاي شهري از متون علمي در سطح بين المللي پرداخته ودر جمع بندي كار يك مدل ساختاري پيشنهاد نموده است و سپس با جوياشدن نظر متخصصين امور شهري در قالب پرسشنامه داده‌هاي لازم استحصال شده و با استفاده از تكنيك تحليل عاملي و نرم افزار ليزرل مدل ساختاري پيشنهاد شده را اصلاح و مدل نهايي تاييد شده اي را براي شرايط شهر اراك ارائه داده است.
يافته‌ها: از يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش استخراج برنامه‌هاي اجرايي ارتقاء كيفيت طراحي شهري درشرايط شهر اراك در قالب يك مدل ساختاري است. و همچنين با توجه به بار عاملي محاسبه شده برنامه‌هاي اجرايي مذكور اولويت بندي شده اند.
نتيجه گيري: بر اساس مدل تاييد شده و نتايج حاصله، مهمترين برنامه اجرايي كارآمد براي توسعه گردشگري در شهر اراك پرداختن به موضوع ساختار و خوانايي در اين شهر است.

Introduction & Objective: In today's world, the tourism industry, with the accelerating attributes that extends to all areas of development and strengthening of culture and art, has become the largest driver of development in various societies. In this context, the topic of urban tourism can also play a major role in the development and development of tourism capacities. This is closely related to the values of the natural environment and cultural heritage of cities, and its quantity and quality are considered as indicators of urban development and development. Usually, cities that lack the internal economic resources for development have used the morphology of urban space as tourism resources and have been able to provide a suitable platform for the promotion of their local economy through urban design, and the purpose of this research is to introduce the most effective promotion programs The quality of urban design is in Arak.
Method: In this study, the researcher used a descriptive survey method to firstly extract the most important executive programs to improve the quality of urban space internationally and, in concluding the work, proposed a structural model, and then, by asking experts Urban affairs has been prepared in the form of a questionnaire of necessary data. Using factor analysis and software, the proposed model has been modified and the finalized model has been approved for the conditions of the city of Arak.
Findings: From the findings of this research, extraction of executive plans to improve the quality of urban design in the conditions of the city of Arak is in the form of a structural model. As well as considering the calculated factor load, the implementation of these programs is prioritized.
Conclusion: Based on the approved model and the results, the most important implementation program for tourism development in Arak city is addressing the issue of structure and legibility in the city.
