نقش فضاي مجازي بر وضعيت حوزه عمومي در ايران

The role of cyberspace on the situation of the public sphere in Iran

امروزه پديده انقلاب اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي و محصول شناخته‌شده آن يعني فضاي مجازي و شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي در حال ايجاد تغييرات بنيادين و وسيعي در ماهيت اشكال و ساختارهاي سياسي اجتماعي در جوامع گوناگون است و اين امر ذهن پژوهشگران را درباره چگونگي و پيامدها و تأثيرات اين تغييرات مشغول داشته است. فضاي مجازي بر تمامي عرصه‌هاي اجتماعي، سياسي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي جوامع مؤثر بوده و با توجه به ظرفيت‌هايي چون سرعت، فراگيري، دسترسي دائم، تعامل دوسويه و چند سويه، فرا مكاني و فرازماني توانسته به‌عنوان ابزاري اساسي و مؤثر بر روابط ميان شهروندان مطرح شود. پژوهش در پي بررسي نقش فضاي مجازي و شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي بر ايجاد و تقويت حوزه عمومي در ميان ايرانيان است. پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصيفي تحليلي و مطالعه اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي و در جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از كتب نشريات مقالات و سايت‌هاي اينترنتي بهره‌گيري شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد فضاي مجازي و جديدترين دستاورد آن يعني شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي در جهت‌دهي و تنوير افكار عمومي، افزايش آگاهي بخشي در جامعه، تقويت كاركردهاي جامعه مدني و سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد نقشي مهم و بنيادين ايفا مي‌نمايد. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از اين نكته است كه فضاي مجازي در بازتعريف و تقويت حوزه عمومي در ميان ايرانيان نقشي مؤثر و مثبت داشته است.

Today, the phenomenon of information and communication revolution and its well-known product, cyberspace and social networks, are making fundamental and wide-ranging changes in the nature of socio-political forms and structures in various societies, and this has occupied the minds of researchers about how and the consequences and effects of these changes. Is. Cyberspace has been effective on all social, political, economic and cultural spheres of societies and due to its capacities such as speed, learning, permanent access, two-way and multi-way interaction, extra-space and extra-temporal, it has been able to be considered as a basic and effective tool on citizen relations. . The research seeks to investigate the role of cyberspace and social networks on creating and strengthening the public sphere among Iranians. The research has been done using descriptive-analytical method and study of documents and libraries and in collecting information from books, articles and websites. Findings show that cyberspace and its latest achievement, namely social networks, play an important and fundamental role in directing and enlightening public opinion, raising awareness in society, strengthening the functions of civil society and non-governmental organizations. The results indicate that cyberspace has played an effective and positive role in redefining and strengthening the public sphere among Iranians.
