چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي و تبيين تغيير و تحولات روند نظريه‌پردازي در ولايت فقيه در دوره‌ي دوم جمهوري اسلامي بود. اين پژوهش با بهره‌گيري از «الگوي تحليل روند» و با روش توصيفي- تحليلي نشان داد كه پس از وقوع تغييرات در قانون اساسي، روند ايده‌پردازي پيرامون ولايت فقيه به دليل عواملي هم‌چون: مشروعيت ولي‌فقيه، گشودگي حوزه‌ي عمومي، تقويت نهادهاي ديني و مسائل مستحدثه سمت‌و‌سوي جديدي پيداكرده و موضوعاتي هم‌چون: ماهيت مشروعيت ولايت‌فقيه، نسبت ولي‌فقيه با قانون اساسي، تبعات ولايت مطلقه‌ي فقيه، ولايت فقيه يا وكالت شهروندان، ولايت فقيه يا نظارت فقيه و بازتفسير ولايت مطلقه‌ي فقيه در فضاي عمومي بيش‌تر مطرح‌شده‌اند. عوامل محدودسازي مانند تداوم دوران تثبيت نظام جمهوري اسلامي و مخالفت‌هاي رسمي و غيررسمي در اين دوره نيز از موانع ايده‌پردازي در زمينه‌ي ولايت فقيه به‌شمار مي‌آيند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate and explain the changes and developments in the process of theorizing Velayat-e-Faqih in the second period of the Islamic Republic. Using a "trend analysis model" and a descriptive-analytical method, this study showed that after the changes in the constitution, the process of ideation about Velayat-e-Faqih due to factors such as: legitimacy of Vali-e-Faqih, openness of public sphere, strengthening religious institutions and emerging issues, It has found a new direction, and Issues such as: the nature of the legitimacy of Velayat-e-Faqih, the relationship of Velayat-e-Faqih with the constitution, the consequences of absolute Velayat-e-Faqih, Velayat-e-Faqih or representation of citizenship, Velayat-e-Faqih or supervision of Faqih and reinterpretation of Absolute Velayat-e-Faqih have been discussed in public. Restrictive factors such as the continuation of stabilization of the Islamic Republic period and formal and informal opposition in this period are also considered as obstacles to ideation in the field of Velayat-e-Faqih.
