چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش ، شناسايي و رتبه بندي ابعاد دانشگاه كارآفرين در دانشگاه فني وحرفه اي مي باشد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري آن را كليه رؤسا، معاونين، روساي ادارات يا كارشناس مسوولان و مديران گروه دانشكده ها و آموزشكده هاي فني وحرفه اي منطقه8 (استان هاي مازندران، گلستان و سمنان) به تعداد448 نفر تشكيل مي دهند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي و بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعداد 207 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. جهت جمعآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 95 سوال استفاده شده است. روايي و پايايي ابزار مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون هاي تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تحليل عاملي تاييدي استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه؛ دانشگاه كارآفرين در دانشگاه فني وحرفه اي داراي شش بعد «آموزشي و پژوهشي»،«ساختاري و تشكيلاتي»،«منابع انساني»،«فرهنگي و اجتماعي»،«اقتصادي و مالي» و «فن آورري اطلاعات و ارتباطات» است. بعد آموزشي و پژوهشي داراي دو مؤلفه (آموزشي و پژوهشي)، بعد ساختاري و تشكيلاتي داراي سه مؤلفه (ساختاري،چشم انداز،ماموريت و استراتژي و مديريت و رهبري)، بعد منابع انساني داراي چهار مؤلفه (اساتيد،كاركنان،دانشجويان و دانش آموختگان)، بعد فرهنگي و اجتماعي داراي دو مؤلفه (فرهنگي و اجتماعي)، بعد اقتصادي و مالي داراي چهار مؤلفه (اقتصادي،مالي،امكانات و تجهيزات و قراردادهاي پژوهشي) و بعد فنآوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات داراي سه مؤلفه (زيرساخت،دفترها و مراكز و شركت ها) مي باشد كه بعد ساختاري و تشكيلاتي با بار عاملي 950/0 داراي بيشترين تأثير و بعد فرهنگي و اجتماعي با بار عاملي 874/0 داراي كمترين تأثير است.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this survey is to indentify and classify the aspects of entrepreneurial university
( third _ generation university) in the technical and vocational university . This research is measurable due to the applicable purpose and descriptive method . The statistical population in this study has included all chancellors , deputies , official managers or experts and heads of the technical and vocational collages and institutes in 8 districts in Mazandaran , Golestan and Semnan with 448 people . 207 samples were chosen through applying stratified random sampling and Cochran formula . For gathering the data , the questionnaires were prepared with 95 questions . Validity and reliability of them have been confirmed . Exploratory factor analysis tests , Confirmatory factor analysis tests and Structural Equation Modeling were applied for analyzing the data . The results have indicated that the entrepreneurial university in the technical and vocational university includes 6 aspects : educational and training aspects , structural and organizational aspects , human resources , social and cultural aspects , economic and financial aspects , information and communication technology . The educational and researching aspect involves two components (educational and researching) , the structural and organizational aspect involves three components ( structural, prespective ,mission , strategy and management and leadership) , human resource includes four components ( professors , staff , university students and educated people) , social and cultural aspect involves two components
( social and cultural) , economic and financial aspect involves four components ( economical , financial , facility and equipment and researching contracts ) and the aspect of communication and information technology includes three components ( substructure , offices , centres and componies). The structural and organizational aspect has the most influence with the load factor 950% and social and cultural aspect has the least influence with the load factor 874% . The applied model in this survey has had appropriate fitness .
