اعتياد به اينترنت در بين دانشجويان پيراپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي

Survey of Internet Addiction among Paramedical Students of Islamic Azad University

سابقه و هدف: اﻣﺮوزه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ايﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر زيﺎدي در ﻣﻨﺎزل، ﻣﺪارس، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ها، ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ در ﺣﺎل رﺷﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ولي استفاده بيش از حد آن و نادرست، منجر به اعتياد به اينترنت خواهد شد و پيامدهاي منفي به وجود مي آورد. اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين ميزان اعتياد به اينترنت در بين دانشجويان پيراپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اروميه انجام گرفته است. مواد و روش‌‌ها: اين پژوهش مقطعي در زمستان 1398 در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد واحد اروميه انجام گرديد.132 دانشجو اين مركز از بين دانشجويان پيراپزشكي به صورت تصادفي انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. به منظور جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه اعتياد به اينترنت يانگ استفاده گرديد. از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 براي تجزيه تحليل داده ها استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: در اين مطالعه در بين 132 دانشجو پيراپزشكي، 49 نفر پسر و 83 نفر دختر بودند كه نمره بدست آمده از آزمون يانگ در بين 132 دانشجو مورد پژوهش 44/80 مي باشد كه ميزان شيوع اعتياد به اينترنت بين پسرها بيشتر از دختر ها بود. بر اساس اين نمره، دانشجويان اين مركز در بين كاربران عادي اينترنت بوده و اعتياد به اينترنت ندارند ولي از لحاظ ميزان وابستگي به اينترنت در حد متوسط 47/7 بودند. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه آﮔﺎﻫﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮيان درﺑﺎره اﻋﺘﯿﺎد اينترنتي، ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻧﺒﻮده و ميزان وابستگي به اينترنت در حد متوسط بوده و اگر مديريت نشود و به صورت افراطي مورد استفاده قرار گيرد نه تنها مفيد نخواهد بود بلكه با پيامدهاي منفي همراه خواهد بود.

Background and Objective: Today, using internet in homes, schools, universities and libraries is growing but overuse and misuse of it will lead to internet addiction and will have negative consequences. This study is carried out with the intention of determining the rate of internet addiction among paramedical students of Islamic Azad University of Urmia. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional research, carried out in winter 1398 among students of Azad University of Urmia. 132 students of this center were selected randomly between paramedical students and were studied. Yang Internet Addiction Test was used for gathering information. SPSS application version 24 was used for analyzing data. Results: In this research between 132 paramedical students, 49 were boy and 83 were girl, the score obtained from Yang Test between 132 students under study was 4480 and the prevalence of Internet addiction among boys was higher than that of girls. According to this score, students of this center are among the normal users of internet and are not addicted but they are average 47.7 in term of internet dependency. Conclusion: results of this research shows that students’ knowledge about internet addiction is not adequate and rate of internet dependency is moderate and if not managed and used excessively, it will not only be beneficial but also it will have negative consequences.
