چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: در عصر حاضر به‌دليل تحولات پرشتاب اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي، حضور زنان در عرصه‌هاي گوناگون جامعه سيري فزاينده يافته‌است. از آنجا كه اجتماعي شدن زنان ناگريز و پيامدهاي ناشي از آن ناگزير مي‌نمايد، دولت اسلامي براي تمهيد مقدمات و تامين شرايط مناسب براي حضور زنان در جامعه وظايفي بس مهم و حساس دارد. اين جستار مسئوليت‌هاي دولت اسلامي را در مديريت و برنامه‌ريزي حوزه آموزش، به منظور تمهيد شرايط مناسب حضور زنان در جامعه مورد كنكاش قرار مي دهد.
روش پژوهش: اين مقاله به روش توصيفي - تحليلي وبر اساس منابع، متون و پژوهش‌هاي پيشين و آراي صاحب‌نظران تدوين شده است. مباني نظري اين پژوهش عمدتا مبتني بر آثار استاد مرتضي مطهري مي‌باشد.
يافته‌ها:مهم‌ترين سرفصل‌هاي وظايف دولت در امر سياست‌گذاري، برنامه‌ريزي و مديريت امور آموزشي، به منظور بهبود فرآيند اجتماعي شدن زنان عبارتند از: تدوين نظام آموزشي خانواده، آموزش مهارت‌هاي زندگي و خانه‌داري، آموزش مهارت‌هاي مادري و همسرداري، آموزش علوم (عمومي و تخصصي)، مهارتافزايي اعضاي خانواده، مهارتافزايي اجتماعي و شغلي، دوره‌هاي آموزشي برنامه‌ريزي شغلي، دوره‌هاي آموزشي مهارت‌هاي خود اشتغالي، مهارتافزايي در اشتغال خانگي و دوره‌هاي آموزشي مهارت‌هاي كارآفريني.
نتيجه‌گيري: دولت اسلامي وظيفه دارد براي اجراي صحيح و كامل موارد فوق برنامه ريزي و اقدامات مناسب و عاجل معمول دارد، چرا كه كوتاهي در ايفاي صحيح آنها متضمن ناهنجاري‌ها و نا‌بساماني‌هايي است كه هويت فردي و شخصيتي زن، كيان خانواده و تعالي جامعه را به چالش خواهد كشاند.

Introduction and purpose of the Research: In the present era, due to the social, cultural and economic upheavals, the presence of women in various fields of society has increased. Since the socialization of women and the consequent consequences of it are inevitable, the Islamic State has a very important task to prepare for the proper conditions for the presence of women in society. This essay examines the responsibilities of the Islamic State in the management and planning of the field of education in order to foster the appropriate conditions for women's participation in society.
Methods: This paper is descriptive-analytic and based on sources, texts and previous researches and expert opinions. The theoretical basis of this research is mainly based on the works of Professor Morteza Motahhari.
Findings: The main tasks of the government in policy planning, planning and management of educational affairs, in order to improve the socialization process of women, are: developing a family education system, teaching life and home skills, teaching parenting skills and coaching, teaching science (general and specialized) Family-based skills upgrading, social and occupational developmental skills, career planning training courses, self-employment skills training courses, skills development in homework and entrepreneurship training courses.
Conclusions: The Islamic State has a duty to properly and accurately implement the above-mentioned plans and take appropriate and urgent measures, because the lack of proper functioning of them involves abnormalities and disadvantages that challenge the personality and personality of the woman, family and community excellence.
