The Affecting Fields and Factors on Development of Cultural Identity Species of Women in Kashan

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: بي‌ترديد گذر از نظام سنتي به نظام صنعتي در دهه هاي پاياني قرن بيستم و اوايل قرن حاضر را بايد يكي از اصلي‌ترين عوامل توجه مجدد به مقوله هويت فرهنگي دانست. چراكه چالش‌هايي را براي هويت فرهنگي در مفهوم مدرن آن ايجاد كرده است. از اين رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر در وهلۀ اول توصيف عميق از گونه‌هاي هويت فرهنگي و سپس كشف زمينه‌هاي موثر بر تكثر اين گونه هاي فرهنگي در شهر كاشان است و در نظر دارد الگوي ساختاري تبيين كننده گونه‌هاي هويت فرهنگي شناسايي نمايد. روش پژوهش: با روش تركيبي و طرح اكتشافي سعي شد ابتدا با رويكرد پديدار شناسانه، توصيف عميقي از گونه‌هاي هويت فرهنگي و زمينه‌هاي موثر بر آن ارائه دهد و بر مبناي آن با روش كمي و مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري، مدل مفهومي مورد نظر را در بين 330 نفر از زنان شهر كاشان مورد آزمون قرار دهد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه‌هاي بخش كيفي پژوهش بيانگر پنج گونه هويت فرهنگي شامل مذهبي سنتي، مذهبي نوگرا، نوگراي مذهبي، معرفت گرا و نوگرا مي‌باشد و زمينه هاي شناسايي شده موثر بر اين گونه‌ها نيز شامل توسعه صنعتي، گردشگري، علمي، ارتباطي و تحرك اجتماعي بوده اند كه مدل حاضر با استفاده از نرم افزار معادلات ساختاري وارپ پي ال اس مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. نتيجه گيري: صنعتي شدن و افزايش امكان اشتغال زنان در مشاغل بيرون از خانه ،توسعه ارتباطات و تحرك اجتماع به تدريج هويت فرهنگي يكپارچه زنان كاشان را دچار نوعي اختلاط و ناهمگوني ساخته تا آنجا كه مي‌توان گونه‌هاي جديد هويتي را شناسايي نمود. براين اساس آنچه مورد اهميت است.

Introduction and purpose of the research: Undoubtedly, transition from the traditional system to the industrial system in the last decades of the twentieth century and early this century should be considered as one of the main factors in the redefinition of cultural identity. Because it has created challenges for cultural identity in its modern sense. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is at first deep describing of cultural identity types and then exploring the effective fields on the plurality of these cultural species in Kashan and intends to identify the explaining structural pattern of cultural identity types. Research method: Accordingly, with the hybrid method and exploratory design, at first has been tried to provide a deep description of the types of cultural identity and the effective fields on it with a phenomenological approach and based on it with quantitative modeling and structural equation modeling, the conceptual model was tested among 330 women in Kashan. Findings: The findings of the interviews of the qualitative section of the research reveal five types of cultural identity including traditional religious, modernist religious, religious modernism, epistemic and modernized and identified areas affecting these species include industrial development, tourism, science, communication and social mobility that the present model was confirmed using the Varp Plus structural equation software. Conclusion: Industrialization and increasing opportunities for women in out-of-home jobs, development of communication and community mobility, gradually create a mixed and heterogeneous in integrated cultural identity of Kashan women as far as we can identify new types of identities. That's what matters.
