The effect of insight and spiritual excellence of family on strengthening of foundation of families of martyr Chamran settlement

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: خانواده كوچك‌ترين و مهمترين نهاد تشكيل دهنده جامعه است كه استحكام آن بر استحكام جامعه اثرگذاري مستقيم دارد. از آنجايي كه طرح بصيرت‌افزايي و تعالي معنوي خانواده در شهرك شهيد چمران با رويكرد مشاورهاي، اردويي و جلسات سخنراني و ارائه محصولات فرهنگي و آموزشي ويژه خانواده‌ها فعاليت دارد، پژوهش حاضر بر اساس اين فرضيه كه طرح مذكور بر تحكيم بنيان خانواده‌هاي شهرك شهيد چمران تأثير مثبت داشته، انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي، از لحاظ ميزان و درجه كنترل، ميداني و از لحاظ نحوه جمع‌آوري اطلاعات نيز از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري آن 100 نفر از مخاطبان طرح مي‌باشند كه با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي و فرمول كوكران، 80 نفر معين شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه (طيف ليكرت) است و با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و آزمون t بوسيله نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد بر اساس مقايسه شاخص ميانگين آزمون t كه عدد3 است (مفهوم خنثي را دارد) با آمارهt آزمون شده در هر فرضيه، تأثير طرح بصيرت افزايي و تعالي معنوي بر تحكيم بنيان خانواده‌هاي شهرك شهيد چمران بالاتر از اين شاخص ميانگين بوده و نشان‌دهنده اثرگذاري بالاي طرح بر تحكيم بنيان خانواده‌هاي اين شهرك در سه بُعد اعتقادات مذهبي، مهارت‌هاي زندگي، اخلاق است. نتيجه‌گيري: سه بُعد اعتقادات مذهبي، مهارت‌هاي زندگي، اخلاق بعنوان اساسي‌ترين عوامل تحكيم بنيان خانواده، داراي مولفه‌هاي معيني مي‌باشند كه امكان طراحي الگو و شاخص تحليل و بررسي تحكيم بنيان خانواده را ايجاد و در مسير برنامه ريزي در اين حوزه به مديران فرهنگي كمك شاياني مي‌نمايند. لذا با بهره‌برداري از همين مدل تأثير طرح بصيرت افزايي و تعالي معنوي خانواده بر هر سه بُعد ذكر شده، تأثير مستقيم و مثبت بوده و هر سه بُعد داراي اولويت‌هاي يكسان بوده است.

Introduction and Objective: Family is the smallest and most important identity of society, whose strength has a direct effect on the consolidation of society. Since the Plan of increasing insight and spiritual uplift of family in martyr Chamran Township is working with a consultative, campus and lecture sessions approach and providing cultural and educational products for families, this study have been carried out in based on the assumption that the project had a positive impact on Consolidation of family basis in martyr Chamran Township. Research method: The aim of this study is applied, the rate and degree of control is fieldwork, and in terms of gathering information field of research is descriptive survey research. The statistical population of this study was 100 people which by random sampling method and Cochran formula 80 people were given. The data gathering tool was interview and questionnaire (Likert scale) and by using descriptive and inferential statistics and t-test were analyzed using SPSS software. Findings: The results of this study show that, based on the comparison of the mean value of the t test, which is the number 3 (neutral concept), with the t-test in each hypothesis, the effect of the plan of increasing insight and spiritual uplift of family on consolidation of family basis in martyr Chamran township, is higher than this index and showed the high impact of the plan on consolidating the foundations of the families of this township in three dimensions of religious beliefs, life skills, and ethics. Conclusion: The three dimensions of religious beliefs, life skills, ethics as the most fundamental factors for consolidating the foundation of the family, have certain component that allow the design of the model and provide an indicator of the analysis and review of the consolidation of the foundation of family and will help to cultural managers in the planning process in this area. Therefore, by exploiting the same model, the influence of the plan of increasing insight and spiritual uplift of family on all three dimensions has a direct and positive effect and all three dimensions have the same priorities.
