مقايسه اثر سطوح مختلف پودر لارو مگس گوشتخوار Chrysomya megacephala بر شاخص‌هاي رشد، تغذيه و بازماندگي در رژيم غذايي ماهي اسكار سلطنتي (Astronotus ocellatus)

A Comparative Study on the Effect of Different Levels of Carnivorous Chrysomya Larvae Powder on Growth, Feeding and Survival Indicators in Astronotus Ocellatus’s Diet

اين تحقيق به منظور بررسي اثرات استفاده از پودر حشره مگس گوشتخوار Chrysomya megacephala به عنوان جايگزين مناسب آرد ماهي بر شاخص‌هاي رشد ماهي اسكار سلطنتي (Astronotus ocellatus) و تعيين ميزان جايگزيني بهينه، تحقيقي در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي انجام گرديد. حاوي 4 جيره غذايي (M25, M50, M75, M100) با افزايش سطوح جايگزيني 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد پودر حشره با آرد ماهي، به مدت 12 هفته انجام شد. در طول دوره آزمايش، زيست­ سنجي ماهيان و فاكتورهاي فيزيكي و شيميايي آب (اكسيژن محلول، دما و pH) هر 15 روز يكبار انجام شد. نتايج آزمايش نشان داد كه جيره ­هاي حاوي پودر لارو مگس گوشتخوار اثر معني ­دار بر ضريب تبديل غذايي (FCR)، نسبت بازده پروتئين (PER)، درصد افزايش وزن (PWBI)، افزايش وزن (WBI)، نرخ رشد ويژه (SGR) و ميانگين رشد روزانه (ADG) داشته­اند (0/05>P) و با وجود اين­كه اختلاف معني ­دار در درصد بازماندگي ماهيان مورد آزمايش با تيمارهاي مختلف مشاهده نشد (0/05

This Research is conducted to study the effects of using Carnivorous Chrysomya larvae powder as an appropriate alternative to fish meal on the growth indicators of Astronotus Ocellatus and determining the proper replacement amount as totally random designs. The designs included four diets(M25, M50, M75, M100) with increasing levels of replacement of 25, 50, 75 and 100% of the insect powder instead of the fish meal for 12 weeks. During the experimental period, biometry of fish and water physico-chemical parameters (dissolved oxygen, temperature and pH) were measured every 15 days. The results showed that diets containing Carnivorous Chrysomya larvae powder had a significant effect on feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), percent of weight gain (PWBI), weight gain (WBI), specific growth rate (SGR) and average daily gain (ADG) (P<0.05) and although no significant difference was observed in the survival percentage of the fish with different treatments (P>0.05), the survival was increased by increasing the amount of Carnivorous Chrysomya larvae powder. The best growth and survival results were observed at the replacement treatment of 100% fish meal with Carnivorous Chrysomya larvae powder.
